Does the fitness of providers motivate you to workout more and get more healthy?

Hmmm…

SPs don't openly judge, but if you are looking over your stomach at the body of gorgeous provider does it make you feel guilty for eating that cheeseburger the day before? Does it encourage you to eat more healthy, improve your cardio and lift more, and if you already do then motivate you to do more? When there's a mirror in the room, do you crack it? Is the photo a visual representation of you with the provider?

The answer for me is hell yes! Seeing providers again triggered me to workout more regularly and get in better shape.

Thought I'm paying, it's feels better when I feel the person I'm with might considers me attractive.

There is one provider I decided I wouldn't book until I've reached a certain fitness level. It's like a reward.

I would prefer if my clients focused on being kind and compassionate people with decent mental health rather than obsess over their physical appearance..

No one said that they had to « obsess » over their physical appearance. You can care about how you look without obsessing about it.

One can care about their mental health and make an effort to look healthy at the same time. Why does it have to be one over the other?

We’re talking about developing healthy habits overall such as eating better, exercising which will often result in looking and feeling better physically and mentally.

That goes without saying. But, within the scope of the OP's question, I would say seeing SP's motivated me to get in better shape and improve my fitness. I was close to diabetic a year ago, now, I'm back to normal.

Obviously no matter what, developing healthy habits is positive..

The reason why I'm using that type of wording is that really often on here people seem to truly believe we care about their physical appearance, their dick sizes, etc. But they aren't focusing on other things that could actually be a real problem for the provider.

My other question is : if you care about what the provider thinks of your physical appearance, does it mean you actually care about what you're bringing to a booking, or do you still see this as purely transactional, with no need for effort on your part?
Depends on the provider and how you feel about them.

Some providers don't generate attraction or connection. So, it's just transactional.

With some, once the payment is made and out of the way, you want to feel like the person would genuinely be attracted by you. Obviously, it may not be the case, but it's not for lack of effort.

@Lunaseraphim To clarify and expand on my last, if it's just transactional, doesn't matter who you're with, you should always aim to be at your best (mentally, physically, and mostly behaviorally)

Around the corner
No,
Not for or because of the provider more for your own health.
I think I look normal for my age and yes could probably lose 20-25lbs but I am not concerned so much about looks because you can’t change the age difference no matter how much you work out.

I am not trying to impress SP, I am not dating them or want any kind of romantic involvement with them. The ones I see I have known for over 8 years and are friends and amazing young ladies who are comfortable with me and how I look and are much more concerned with how I treat them than my looks.
Ageing and looks have never bothered me but health issues do and it sucks to get old because of that, but then again not everybody gets a chance to.

I am currently going for my third major weight loss in my life. I did 2 before. I know in my 40s this one is likely my last...

First one was for a woman. Didn't worked in the long run i guess (took it for granted).

Second one was for me but i ...got other issues. The saddest part is i saw myself took these 10lb one after another every 3 months or so and was like "its ok...ill loose it back".

Third one started a month ago... And F me with the biggest dildo you got if by next year same time im not at 250 !!

I will make it !!

*Sadly i can't change the side of my dick tough so to all SPs sorry you have to accept it as it is :p
