It was an agency that was catering completely to French locals. They had one of the biggest rosters I have ever seen in Montreal. Their website was totally in French and they were at the time (2002-2005) maybe $140/hour. I never bothered with them as I assumed from their website they would have no English speaking bookers or escorts. They didn't even try to get the tourists at that time, they knew the outcall agencies had them. They focused on French locals and the French locals I spoke to at the time told me they were not for me.

I don't believe the Eleganza arrest got too much media scrutiny. It did have a thread on MERB, but it came to light MUCH later. I think Joe was running Eleganza while John was in jail so the agency was not actually shut down by LE. It continued for a while after the arrest- maybe months or even a year. At the time, it didn't cause too much of a ripple of concern because John apparently was recruiting some girl who was a minor, her parents found the messages or emails and went to the police. It was never clear if John knew the girl was a minor. This is what my memory is of what occurred - I could be wrong.

by my memory Les FIlles de Mr Jacques was outcall. Used them a few times but I had to rent a room on Saint Jacques Street.
LOL this is too funny. BTW you may be right about Les Filles de Mr. Jacques ("LFMJ") but I remember them having an incall component at some point in time.
You’re giving up on agencies because the girl is charging half the price of an independent? Interesting.
Same here not to mention the simplicity in booking. No government ID, no deposit, no LinkedIN, no need to write emails in a way they want you to write to please them, just a simple text and you are off to go. If I stop using agencies, I will surely not use Indys that is for sure.
There is no reason not to use outcall agency bookings.
Doing outcalls make very perfect sense looking at a safety perspective. Especially if you are a traveler coming to Montreal. Also saves times where she comes to you.
I would never let a SP step foot in my place in a transactional date. Now, a few ones have come for social reasons
If you are a tourist it's an expense you incur anyway, and if you are a local it's called paying for liability insurance. Liability insurance is paid for to reduce exposure to a known risk- namely, being arrested for illegal conduct as opposed to not being arrested for legal conduct. That was the very risk under discussion above before you posted. It's not clear to me from your post if you are aware of that discussion- which is what I was responding to.
I must have seen over 20 girls from LFMJ/JDM over the years & i don’t recall them ever doing incall. Plus the fact their rates were $100-130 per hour at the time i can’t see how they’d even want to offer incall. I’m 100% certain that you’re confusing them with another agency.
You are probably right I was confusing LFMJ with someone else, but their website was all in French as I recall, and it may have been that I misunderstood them to be offering an incall service and that misunderstanding was never corrected. Nobody is going to dispute that my French sucked, then and now.
