I’m not certain if asking this question goes against the forum rules or not but I figured I would just ask it anyway. An admin can just take it down later if it does. But in St. Johns, does anyone know where the best bar or nightclub might be to try to find a date or any sort of one night stand? I find that I am having no success at most of the clubs downtown on George street because they tend to be so crowded that it’s hard to even strike up much of a conversation with anyone there. And when you combine that with the loud music that plays in some of the bars too, it makes it difficult to even hear what another person is saying or to talk with them much either. So I just don’t think it works well for really making much of a connection with anyone. Are there any quieter or more low-key clubs in the area instead?
If anyone reading this knows about any other club that you found might have been better for picking up anyone, let me know. It doesn’t have to be only on George street, it can be any other suggestions for places within St. Johns or Mount Pearl as well. I’m not looking for escorts either, just any kind of bar where it’s just easier to meet up with other women naturally. I just kept going to George street mostly because it was the closest bunch of clubs to where I lived too so it took less time to get there. But I’m just tired of it now since it seems like it’s a waste of time.
