Circumcision in Quebec ( and in many other places) in the 1960s was usually done by doctors as a default or automatic position, often without the consent of the parents and definitely without the junior's consent.

Many mothers often initiated the procedure based on widely held beliefs of better hygiene and other factors. Thanks, Mom! The procedure began to decline for "non-religious" purposes in the 1970s. There has been a decline in circumcised males since.

I think that dysphoria exists in women too, but not everyone experiences it. I meet men who feel perfectly happy after an orgasm.. but I think some personalities are prone to want to ''chase the high'', or experience some kind of emotional crash. What people call ''post nut clarity'' in my opinion is just somebody's mood shifting, it's not so much clarity, more like looking at things in a more negative way.. I also think some people prefer the chase to the real thing, and once they get what they wanted, they don't want it anymore. To people like this sex is the conquest. Not only men are like this

the fact that ejaculation and (male) orgasm are 2 different things

In men, there is no need for a distinction. Now, much like the economic concept of utility, the third or fourth orgasm in a row might not be as satisfying (much like donut #4 isn't as delicious as #1), but it's still an orgasm.

The distinction is important in women. Evolutionary biology is still trying to figure out the purpose of the female orgasm, considering that it's not essential to propagate the species. That's why an orgasm gap is a thing, that and compared to women it's not really hard to make a guy orgasm.

I would be surprised if the sensation is too different because it is the same organ, developing different for baby girls/ boys

I would guess the female orgasm is less intense but longer; in other words, the male orgasm is better for maybe 2 seconds, while the female one can keep going for a long time

Also, at least for me, after 2 orgasms, the pennis gets numb and sensible, so although a 3rd is still somehow enjoyable, it is not something I would look forward to; better to hug and cuddle and caress if I am having a good time
