The question is not how to define "human." The question is how to define male and female and what are the essential and immutable differences between the two sexes.

I stated the difference in the most simple terms, as a matter of chromosomes. Those chromosomes determine the sex of an individual human and individual animals in the vast majority of other higher species and the role of each sex in the process of sexual reproduction. The sex of an individual also greatly influences a whole range of the individual's other characteristics and behaviors.

It's amazing to me that anyone who has had the opportunity to experience and observe the differences between male and female behavior in the world of prostitution could still believe that sex is a "social construct" as opposed to a basic biological reality. I think the deeper point is not that it's a social construct, but that there's people who are born in the wrong body, and the only solution is to transition; no amount of therapy can help, because their brains are wired differently, and are closer to the gender they see themselves to be, there's been tons of research.

I'm sure some individuals out there are genuinely confused, or just going through phases. But not genuine transsexuals.

That is female and male. Man and women are social gender and not biological ones. A trans women can be of a male genitalia, but be a woman in its perception of itself. Women and female are not necessarily the same. One is completely social, while the other is completely biological. The woman is a fabricated concept by society to emphasise their roles and identities. While in the past, women's role were limited and were essentially a belonging to a man, their roles in the present has become almost as equal to that of man. A male can perceive himself and wanting to be a woman. That perception will translate itself not only to the roles, but also to the esthetics, and in extreme cases to a sex change (become a biological female). Many trans women are still attracted to a female and are not gays.

Sex among people has evolved, and reproduction is maybe the lowest objective. It has become a "social construct" as it is being defined by the individuals involved. While preferences where divided between heterosexual and homosexual, we now see the emergence of bisexual and pan sexual. Sex is emancipating and breaking all biological barriers.

They should be able to identify themselves and so on, but it does become a tricky issue in things such as sports - as we've seen numerous times. It's something Greer has also touched on.
