I don’t know how to cook it and I’ve only recently started eating steak so whatever my date orders for me

Thank you for that input. It had me go read up and educate myself on something I never even knew was concidered inappropriate. But was glad to see that there were other words available to better describe it without being insensitive. My favorite is familiar, which I identify with in gaming anyways .

Yummy yes!!! Same. Rare or medium rare at most. And peppercorn sauce is my favorite but any good sauce will do.
