What bugs me the most about agencies
No incalls. The business seems to revolve around hotel customers. Unfortunately almost all of the best talent and beautiful women belong to agencies and to see one of these girls one would have to purchase a hotel room for the night which is inconvenient for a native Montrealer.

Complex graphics and Flash
2) Why don't you make your websites easy to navigate? Again, look at Eleganza, Montreal Sex City and Asservissante for clues.
I've mentioned this before. I use a blackberry and like most smart phones, the internet access is quite good, especially with the edge network. However, sites that use flash and complex graphics and tables don't work or are pretty hard to decipher on a BB. In general, mobile devices do not support flash at all. This is an Adobe issue. Here's a run down of how some sites work on BB:
XXXtase: I cannot view the site at all because it just big flash images.
Eleganza: site works really well except graphics-based menu at top doesn't work at all so can't consult schedule or members area - John please fix.
Asservisante: works reasonable well and all is accessible.
Girls on Fire: displays but is a mess since its a bunch graphics bits and pieces placed without a framework.
Montreal Sex City: Jessy's is the best site I've seen to display on a BB except for the splash page won't work, so I just load the welcome page directly.
Devilish: work in general but a little hard to navigate.
Candys Delight: loads basic graphics but won't load pics of girls or schedule
MERB: works really well all things considered, just turn off the tables and graphics.

I would have to say my biggest issues are:
1. Posting on Merb with today's line up and saying the phones are now ready to accept appointments. Only when you call it rings indefinitely and no one picks up
2. Not calling when a girl is late. And by late I mean later than the usual 15-30 minutes.

The #1 thing: I really hate that when they don't tell you the girl you asked for has a cold. And even when I specify it. Now I do because of a couple of unexpected ill ladies some time past. Please tell the truth or the meeting will stop at the door. And my calls to you too.

So what is the matter, are all the photographers in Montreal so busy that agencies can't find one? What about the cost of doing pictures, the MP pay for their own (so I have been told) why is it that the Sp can't do the same?
You want more business show us what we are paying for. I have never and never will booked anyone (except for my first SP ever) without pictures first.

how about eleganza not putting up who's on today. the schedule is good but in addition they should put up a link to who's on today and display pictures like asservisante or devilish does. I hate hc's website....half the time...it displays the women from two days ago or a day ago as being working tonite.

Today is friday, then you look down the column under friday and all the lines with hours written in the little squares means a lady is working at that time now you look left on that same line and the name of the lady will appear. She is ON TONIGHT. Now if you clic with the little mouse on the lady's name it will take you to her pictures

It bothers me when I see some agencies consistently use the word "special" to note the same rate every night whereas some other agencies actually use it correctly to note a discounted rate, either against a specific girl(s) or multiple hour appointments.

I hate agencies which keep profiles of SPs who are never available for months. Some bookers have even admitted to me that the woman in question quit the agency.
Even worse are the agencies who post and repost that a certain SP is available on a particular night and when one calls try to push someone else. For fun, try calling an agency which advertises an urgent need for employees and see who is really available.

. And oh oh oh, here's a good one - never updating an SP's page - age, weight, hair color! Such things change, no?! Or, are escorts immortal? But these are common problems the world 'round, no? Don't think you ever get away from that in this hobby. :yield:
Weekly schedules are my bug!
Montreal is getting much better at it recently. I like to know who is on that coming week. Instead of finding out at mid day, when I already made dinner arrangements.

Maybe it's approving, but I dont see it enough. The best example to follow is MSC in this regard, they provide the full week schedule for this week AND also have next week's available as it becomes known, and use a simple symbol (a '-' i think) for ones that are No versus a blank if they dont know yet. Makes advanced booking so much easier.
Many of us are in town for just a couple of days and with SOOO many wonderful ladies on our TDL, the schedule is very helpful
A few agencies are doing very well with the advanced scheduling for the week (mojo's, euphoria), and few are posting the weekly calendar, but leaving it empty until later day... and then its only that day being posted.
I found it worse a few years ago, in Montreal. Nobody seemed to post schedules for the week at all. Slowly coming around!
But for out-of-towners.... weekly schedules are a huge help. Schedules where you can see who will be on for the week!
Its just a suggestion.... if it does not happen, I'll still hobby here in Montreal... PROMISE!

a) wanted to add WildTimes as one of the agencies that puts advanced scheduling on their site, though it's not for the full week, it is for the coming 3 days. as a note, I've always been intrigued by asservisante (sp?) but due to their 3pm daily schedule announcement, i've never had a chance to book an SP from there. hopefully one day.
