Here's my pet peeve. And I'm not targeting any particular Montreal agency. Nor is it a peculiarity of Montreal. Though, it does happen in Montreal more than every other city I hobby in. Montreal SPs on the whole are flakier and less reliable than SPs in other sin cities. :(

Girls canceling or no longer able to make a pre-booked appointment at the agreed-upon time, and the booker not letting me know well beforehand that this is the case. "Well beforehand" is the day before, or the morning of, or at the least an hour before the appointed time. If you're 30 minutes late, fine, I'm not a stickler about that. Even an hour. I still remember the Eleganza and Devilish days when girls were regularly an hour or two late... But if I have a 5pm appointment, and your regular check-in time is 10am. You should be warning me by noon that "Hey, there might be a risk. I haven't been able to reach the girl all day."

Or if a girl is late, don't tell me "She is minutes away" when it's 30 minutes. Don't tell me she's 5 minutes away, when it's really 10. Sometimes, clients have hard deadlines and time stops (e.g. a work or personal meeting, or a hotel checkout time!!!), so the booker is just screwing himself by lying.

If her previous client decided to extend the time, I get it - business is business, maximize your profit, I don't begrudge you that. You better still take care of me, and let me see the girl. Pushing me back an hour is fine, but don't bump me from the lineup altogether, if I'm able to stick around. And keep me informed of the time.

But to tell me 10 minutes before, or right at, the pre-appointed time, IT IS NOT OK. "Oh, BTW, xx can't make it. Is it OK if she comes later tonight (for a day appt), or tomorrow?" ...Or "Sorry, she didn't confirm she was coming in this morning, I haven't been able to reach her all day, she's not answering her phone." I have shit to do. I have meetings I'd rather not be hurrying through. I have other plans. I'm not just sitting around, waiting for an SP all day. Respect my time, too.

It goes both ways. Just like I would never call an agency to cancel a date 10 minutes before. If I must, because of an emergency, I do it the day before, or the morning of, or at least 3-4 hours beforehand. If I canceled on appointments 10 minutes beforehand a few times, I'd get blacklisted. As well I should!! Same goes the other way. If an agency or booker does that a few times to me, they stop being on my call list. :nono:

As examples of those bookers/agencies who do it right: Mike at Goodgirls/EC this week, who let me know the night beforehand that his girl had canceled. It gave me sufficient time to go to Plan B. A pro, and considerate. Also, XXXtase - late on (only) one of my many dates this week, but gave me sufficient heads-up, kept me in the loop the whole time, and delivered as promised. And, James at Euphoria has always been a pro's pro. All bookers can learn from these guys. :thumb:

My luck was as foul as my mood this most recent trip... Didn't like getting dragged back up here last minute in December, for another pointless pow-wow, but might as well make do with the circumstances, right? :p Uh-uh, the hobby gods did not intend for me a good trip. :nono:

When it came to scheduling miscues, I think I hit every branch on the fall down :( (in order of occurrence):
1. Case of mistaken identity (not malicious / intentional). Girl's photos that were sent to me, and the girl who showed up did not match. Girl who showed up: "Ooooh, she's pretty... But, yeah, that's definitely not me..." Girl who showed up was not hideous, but I was really in the mood for girl in the photo... Ouch, not a good sign for the first scheduled encounter. Sent her back to her driver. Felt bad, but I've had enough of short weird-colored hair for the year.
2. Flaky indy. Indy who I had pre-booked a day or two before just decided in the morning not to work, and never bothered to inform me. FLAKY, Lydhia, just flaky and selfish. At least tell me so I can make alternative plans.
3. SP got sick. 2-hour engagement with a rockstar canceled the night before. High fever, going to the doctor... Awwwww... That said, I lucked on an amazing replacement. This was going to be the highlight of the trip, and instead I got another highlight... So I can't complain about #3 too hard...
4. Another flaky indy / cold feet. Another indy, from a previous cohort / bender, said she'd call me the day of to let me know when our evening time would be. Never called. WTF...
5. Forgotten pre-booking / booker error. Ooooh, this one hurt. A favorite from a favorite. I wanted to end the trip on this note. A tradition with one of the best this city has to offer. Pre-booked on my first night in MTL. Day of, 30 minutes before, nope - mon ami forgot about my pre-booking, lady was booked with someone else.  It happens... First time he has forgotten one of my pre-bookings. But god fuckin' damn!!!!

Ahahahahaha, 0 out of freakin' 5 advanced pre-bookings!!!! I don't think I've ever had that kind of bad luck, anywhere, not even Montreal. A few days later, I'm lounging in 80 degree weather, smoking a fat cigar, and I can laugh about it now. But holy shit Montreal...

This is why hobbyists double-book and flake - it's a reaction to SPs. Not a behavior I condone, or do myself, in the past... but maybe I should re-consider... But I can understand why my fellow mongers do this, after a trip like this. All these agencies and indies go in the penalty box, or into the trash bin. :nono:

Poor Poor Wolfie, and you had to throw in the part about sitting in the sun and smoking a fat one, i would give up sex for a week to be sitting in the sun smoking a fat one also. It really sucks when these things happen though, but crap, 5 times? Now that's unlucky, remind me not to ever take you to the casino.lol. I feel for you wolfie, but man, in the sun, I am jealous, what beach, i may come meet you and bring a gift.

Oh how I missed the days of the Golden Age of the HDH from 2004 to 2008 for me. The girls were reliable and showed up on time on the dot. Indies can become quite unreliable before and during the encounter. They were great under an agency but come going indy, downhill all downhill.

Anywhere and everywhere
Visit site
Going to an agency web page, seeing who is available and which day then contacting them to find out that the girls or girls are not there and they have no idea who and when they will be there. The other is being given a description by the booker only to arrive at the door and the girl is NOTHING like described. I now walk away. I have been told by the bookers that they give the description given to them by the girls :( who will ever say, I am 5'1" and weigh 165lbs, have floppy tits and disgusting hair

I hate when you request an outfit and they say "OK" but never come through. I would rather they be more honest. If they said "No, she already left the house" or "I'll ask her" (and they truly ask her). I'll never forget I requested Jennifer and another girl for a 3-sum (Brooke I think it was) and I requested that they wear short tight black dresses and heels and Mike (or one of the guys working for Mike) called her and called me back to say "Good news bad news. Brooke couldn't make it but Jennifer was stopping by her apartment to change into a little black dress." She was so smoking hot that the desk attendant wouldn't let her upstairs with out calling me first.

I guess my issue with vogue specifically is they have so many bombshell girls but terrible or no pictures. Hell if you need a photographer sign me up lol

You know, face pics really help. I realize you can't get even most veterans to post face pics but these would really help. I've seen ads were they lightly obscure the face and you at least get an idea. I don't like crappy photos but at least i'm not disappointed when the girl arrives based on her cell phone selfie. Glam shots really make it hard for the girls. It is hard to live up to their photo shoots.

Dude... if i had a threesome with Brooke and Jennifer, i think even if they showed up in a farmer's outfit i would had been happy... lol.

Totally agree. They always seem to have very hot girls but so few infos on them. No pictures, no reviews, its hard to have an idea and with my situation i can't really risk a "TOFTT". Anything would help, even a cellphone selfie...
