It is also too cold up there for some of us in the US, i.e. me in Phoenix. I had enough cold and snow when I grew up in the Minneapolis area

I think that isn't the right representation. The popular ladies will always be booked out by the regulars and ones that was looking for the best bang for their bucks.
But the volume of clients can be much thinner if we look at the agency overall.
I agree with this.
The popular SPs always book quickly. But sometimes when I want to book (same day), I check an agency schedule (in the morning) and many SPs still have availability. At the end of the day, it’s marked “fully booked” for all the ladies (I “guess” regardless if they were booked or not).
I also regularly book Indies and sometimes they have quiet periods as well (based on their availability and what they tell me).
Obviously, during some periods, they’re quite busy as well.
This is just my opinion, based on observation and talking to some ladies:
obviously most SPs are mostly fully booked during busy periods, like summer.
But my feeling is that they’re not always very busy or fully booked during quiet periods (like January).

With all due respect, this is not good reasoning. To make a restaurant analogy... When we read in the news that times are tough for restaurants, the Michelin starred restaurants (i.e. the best in the world) are still fully booked months in advance. Why? Because they cater to rich people for who times are rarely, if ever, tough, and importantly, they benefit from a certain form of hype (marketing). Similarly, with escort agencies, when we see that a girl is always fully booked, we think: wow, she must be special! I need to book her to find out! And so the wheel keeps turning, thanks to this effect and to their coterie of regular$$$. A better indicator of whether the business is slowing down (e.g. due to seasonal factors) is to look at the non-superstars, and it does seem to me that they are more available than in the Summer months. Nothing shocking here.
I would not be a bit surprised if at the end of the night, some agencies put fully booked on a lady, even if she had some available time during the day. It gives the impression of being in demand.

That is exactly what they do. I been checking the schedules for a long while. If a SP is available 9am to 12pm, and she has openings and those openings does not get full, then when the time passed her shift meaning it is now 1pm, they will classify her as fully booked even though in reality she never was.

They make it look like ALL the girls are ALWAYS fully booked, so that in the future, guys will book them ASAP for FOMO.
It’s like you said, sometimes the girl is working from 9 am - 2 pm, and all spots are open. Then at noon, it says she’s available from 12-2 pm (but she was probably never booked in the morning). And after 2 pm, it’s marked fully booked (even though maybe she had only 1 booking).
Of course, I understand that the popular girls get fully booked most of the time. But I doubt all the girls are always fully booked.
Probably even in quiet periods like after the holidays (Jan - Feb) all the girls will be fully booked. Lol!
Even the most popular girls, I noticed many of them are working short shifts often just 3 to 4 hour shifts. It takes just two two hours bookings or even one three hour booking for her to be fully booked. I suspect regulars are booking them two hours at the minimum, so it appears they are always fully booked.
Eu does that lol. Some girls are even placed in a better place on the list cause of particular reasons and they still dont get fully booked

I can testify that one very popular lady often get her 3hr shift taken by the same client.
Much easier management for the agency but it might be quite frustrating for the rest of us..
January and Febuary are slow periods by defaults. I guess you can add December in the mix with hollidays, expenses etc altough im sure some guys are happy to get some companies during the hollidays if they are alone. Its obviously more fun for an outsider to visit Montreal in the Summer time. I was just there last weekend and even tough the weather wasn't too bad (cold but not too cold) the sideways were all slushies because of the sheer ammount of peoples walking (+ sun was up that day). Its just "not as fun". I was lucky that my hotel heating system was some kind of air conditioner/heater mix and i could at least dry my shoes in the morning before leaving.
I enjoy looking at schedules and the other day i noticed a rare openning with Chloe at Forever. Normally everytime i open the page she is fully book. Its tricky because the schedule does not come up "exactly" at the same time every day. Its always in a certain period but i noticed it can sometimes be around 11 while other days closer to 11h30. Who knew booking escorts could become like trying to get concert tickets before the resellers snatch all of them refeshing the page every 20 secs But its probably she has a small shift and likely regulars who book her immediately.
With Forever i would say so far with the 3 days schedule i don't have too much problem getting a spot with the person i want to see if i do it days in advance. With Euphoria if i text close to the schedule release i can usually also secure my spot without too much issue.
The tricky part is that daytime is very popular these days and in my case considering im from out of town i can't really book before 4pm. In some cases if i have a ride to Sherbrooke AND i can snatch another ride (with Amigo express) to Montreal late morning i can maybe do 2h30 or 3pm but with sometimes peoples being late, traffic and so on, i rather play safe. So if a girl at Euphoria only do daytime, my only chance is to HOPE she is gonna work the next day before i leave. But its also a gamble because if she don't, i may not have anyone else available on my list. So i got to make it a 2 bookings in 2 days kinda thing and at least secure my date for day 1.
All of this to say that not every SP may be always fully booked, but i don't think its "slow" per say. I guess some times are just more popular than others but then again an agency can't have its full roster do the same shift as they would probably be out of units (incall). I assume once a certain lady leave after having done a dayshift, that same unit is used again for evening/night.
