I would never but aren’t there drugs like prep and pep acailable to the public to prevent the spread of anything serious.
These drugs don't work 100 percent and they have side effects. Not all workers want to take it. I've been on prep for a year now, and I have had a few side effects from it, some that really bother me and are making me consider to stop. We don't get on these drugs to offer BBFs, at least for me it's prevention, ''just in case''. You can also by the way get someone pregnant that way, if you didn't know already lol
And yes there is a demand for it, targeting new girls specifically, who might be more naive and impulsive, particularly if they need money. I got way more requests for this when I first started, often clients would ask in person too. Thankfully I haven't had anyone ask me for it over text in over 6 months.
I have heard of SP offering it for an extra fee but from what I understand they are low volume and more in the high end category with an exclusive client base... I find that less concerning than someone who is offering it often and sees a lot of clients.
At an agency or spa maybe a girl is so drunk or high or both that she may not be fully "all there" so to speak, I have seen that before. Aside from that I don't know who and I have no proof but I've heard there are girls who are popular because they offer pussy slides I guess but I suspect they aren't aware of the risks and their clients just don't care and encourage it.
Those are all curable with meds although there has been cases for a super gonorrhea that is incurable going around
Sure they are curable, but do you really want to spread these? There's a reason why a lot of clients are scared of seeing girls who offer BBFs. It's much easier to get ANY sti with bareback penetration, and if someone offers that on a regular basis, they could get an infection from her (through daty or accidental contact with fluids) and pass it to another provider or their wife or girlfriend.

Speaking of. 2 days ago, someone using a textapp straight up messaged me at midnight asking me if I was recovering from an STI because he saw I mentioned healing on X. I told him that if I had one, I would not announce it on X which is an advertising platform lol and he started ranting about how irresponsible girls like me are, and that I would be dishonest if I didn't disclose my STI to the general public if I had one. It was really frustrating because I take a lot of precautious, and I think I am pretty honest.
He did some research and apparently genital herpes outbreaks can last up to 4 weeks (which is the amount of time I had to take off for gfe specifically). My point is that I also didn't know this, and that is another incurable STI.
It's confusing to me why people are willing to take these risks. I understand that a girl who's about to get evicted and has no money for food might feel under pressure, but clients specifically.. The ''it won't matter anymore because I'm old now'' I suspect is a big reason why some clients just go for it.. otherwise there is no explanation.. It seems like compulsive behavior, and people who have highly narcissistic personalities think nothing will ever happen to them even if they take big risks
