It always been like that and that is why "flagging" a provider in a thread(with name) for offering bbfs is forbiden and automaticaly leads to erasing the threads and forbid any new threads about the provider.

It seems like he didn't get permanently banned. It was in 2014 and maybe the rules were different at the time, who knows.
Moral of the story : some people possibly don't tell the truth entirely...
Also sure we need to be realistic and aware that assaults happen in this industry, and elsewhere, but that doesn't mean we deserve it and shouldn't call it out. Laughing at us because we're speaking out against violence says a lot about your personal values.

Since the rules was worded differently then, and his account has been reinstated, I, personaly, can only assume that he got suspended for a minor infringement to the say rule(like warning folks about a certain sw). We all know that members seeking those type of service are banned permanently.
Its called a discussion threads, people are curious and opiniated, you should know what it is. This affirmation of yours seriously lacks assertiveness and seems to be only meant to insinuate things that you, actually, have absolutely no clue if they are founded or not. I believe, especialy on this specific subject, that, every single members, here on Merb, should feel concerned.

Fair enough. But that's not what the screenshot Julia posted seemed to indicate. It says this person was actively promoting a SW who offers BBFs.
Well, 1 mod seems to agree with me, and believe me, they rarely do!
If this agency has regular clients and 2-3 gurls offer BBFS, then the chances of the girls that do not offer bbfs has increased risk. Evidently offering BBFS is not against the law, but it should be for the SP as well as for the booker. You should call up anonymously and tell them that you will not be booking in the future with this agency because they offer BBFS.
