What happened to all these "gluten intolerant" people from 5 to 10 years ago? Are they still buying gluten free or was it just another pointless dietary trend?
Just stepped off the scale, and was hit with the random thought, I think I need to remove BBW from advertising.
This time last year, actually would have 2-3 weeks still to go, I was over 200lbs.
Today, when I stepped on the scale i realized I have lost 40lbs since then, I'm only 15lbs more than my highschool weight, and its been 19yrs, since I have been below 170lbs.
And not Ozempic.
Not really sure how I feel about that. I felt more confident as bigger.

I guess they can’t afford the price 2 to 3 times higher than regular food anymore ... same shit with bio/vegan dish soap. Had so much fun though with co-worker who were supposedly gluten intolerent. The look on their face when i was asking if they were diagnosed with celiac disease ... strangely none of them was ...

Not all people who eat gluten-free need to, no, but the market is growing nonetheless, so there is demand and it won't be going away any time soon. Also, it doesn't bother me to see those options on a menu (even if I don't need it personally) bc there was a time when great vegetarian options weren't so readily available at a lot of restaurants and my veggie ass certainly does appreciate them being there now.
Try Ste-Méthode.As clean as a label you can get for a sliced bread, and they have different delicious options.
