I guess they can’t afford the price 2 to 3 times higher than regular food anymore ... same shit with bio/vegan dish soap. Had so much fun though with co-worker who were supposedly gluten intolerent. Not all people who eat gluten-free need to, no, but the market is growing nonetheless, so there is demand and it won't be going away any time soon. Also, it doesn't bother me to see those options on a menu (even if I don't need it personally) bc there was a time when great vegetarian options weren't so readily available at a lot of restaurants and my veggie ass certainly does appreciate them being there now.But it's not because they consume it that they need it.
