Yeah, I had to change to easier difficulty levels for certain games just so I can get through them. Unfortunately my free time is short, so I don't have the luxury to grind or keep playing and dying until I finally get some progress.

It's not always like that though. If I'm really digging the gameplay of the game, I'll sometimes bump up the difficulty (whether its normal or even the highest difficulty (rare)).

When I was in a relationship, I used to ask my boyfriend to help me beat some boss.

Diablo 3

The game that consumed much of my time.

Never touched Diablo 4 and surprised that Diablo 5 is coming in 2029. Yet Activsion/Blizzard is a totally different company now.

Truly great things come in trilogies. Should've stopped at 3. Otherwise it becomes The Land Before Time.

Cyberpunk77 is in a great place right now and is a great experience.

Cyberpunk 2077 is awesome...I'd probably say it's the best open-world game since GTA V (and yes, even better than Red Dead 2 imho).

We'll see if GTA VI beats it...most likely it will, lol.

When Diablo 3 came out it was an absolute mess. Took some two years for an expansion pack and a different game director to save the game.
No way this would end at 3. Too much potential money to be made. D4 looks like it is not as fun as D3. Don't know as I didn't buy D4 and not planning to get D5. Had my fun with D3. Looks like maybe D5 is going to fix the mess that is D4.

The issue with Diablo 4 is that they swung too hard on the POE side of thing and made thing ultra complicated at release ( a bazzilion stats on items, half of them being worthless, no real progression and bugs ) it took a couple of patch and an expansion to make it playable but to me the damage was done ( see the pattern there? )

Unfortunately the only games of blizzard i play these days is Starcraft 2 ( for some brain dead coop ) or Hearthstone ( until i rage at the RNG and shut it down ) Alot of the talent they had are now sadly gone.

There is that skill tree and like you have stated trying to be Path of Exile. Wasn't resonating with me plus also I got Diablo burnout. Yeah Starcraft 2 is awesome. New Starcraft is coming but looks like it is a shooter game.

Do yourself a huge favor and check out Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Probably one of the most compelling arguments for video games being treated as a compelling storytelling art form.
