The main driving force against complete decriminalization of the prostitution is civilian women. It is obvious why, if you think about it. No politician would risk losing this part of the electorate.

This is my personal experience. I have been trying to debate this topic with a few seemingly open-minded civilian women over some years and practically all of them became instantly agitated, negative and looking at me with suspicion. The reaction from men even if negative (minority) was much more tempered in comparison.

I know im an anomaly lol. As someone put it its rare familly members and friends know you meet escorts as a client. But personally im not ashamed of it. I had so much love and tenderness by providers and im grateful so much about it. And im not saying i am all mellow rainbows. I spoke as well "as a client" when i tought things were unfair for them. I never pretended to know it all lol. I want the best for both providers and clients. I surely made mistakes and im.sure some providers don't like me (most i never met). Personally i wish it was not the case but its kinda impossible to please everyone in life...

To answer Wildstar particulary, its true that some post should be badly interpreted and no i don't have any communication training. When i tought about that i was more thinking on how i was "an average joe" and not the doctor, lawyer and celebrities they talk about. Yes i am in my early 40s, but i been seeing escorts since i was 24 ... Would have younger if i found it before lol. I don't feel i changed much since my 20s. Well physically yes but i mean mentaly. i have often thought that we need more representation from "good clients" in this societal debate.
