This is pretty much why I've stopped hobbying. OnlyFans has taken all the new talent. I wish I started hobbying younger.

I think you over estimate how much a regular girl can make on OF. Unless she was already an influencer and had a following, it’s super tough. And who wants to have their face out there? Even the popular no face girls on OF eventually did face reveal. That market is way over saturated now and the money isn’t consistent. At least if you are a popular girl at an agency who is fully booked no problem, u know how much money you will walk away with

I believe if a new agency opened with slightly higher rates say 350-400h ( but also better looking and more selective ladies) you would have newer girls having to see less clients per day.. making them more appealing as well.
I would rather see 1 good looking girl a month vs 2 from euphoria, luxury, vog that are under average worn out, been around the block so many many times a month
Montreal must be the cheapest by far in all of North America.
For Americans that come here it’s a joke- costs them well under 200usd -nowhere else is that possible.
Great idea, I think the reward doesn’t outweigh the risk for girls looking to get into the industry. They would rather focus their efforts on bagging a rich guy to take care of them. Sounds a lot better than sw

Issue is the spread between actual dating/relationships and this hobby has never been so narrow.

Pretty girls heading to Instagram/Twitter are flooded with DMs and other proposals.

So many end up being escorts without the label.

This is a reply to both this and your original message in the thread. I think you totally miss the point of the vast majority of this business.

First of all some clients with a lot of money have their favs. Be it agencies or indies they will book them regularly. Wich explain why some SPs are super hard to book.

Second you have guys like me wich book ocasionally. You may consider Euphoria (and others) SPs "worn out" or whatever term you used but others like me have not even been able to see all the ones we wanted to see yet.

Third, yes Onlyfans has taken a share of the market. Its so obvious to see compare to the porn scene in the province 15 years ago. There is 4x more "known OF models" than there was "Quebec pornstars" in 2010.

Quatro, sometimes i go around and look at massage parlors and its crazy how much of them are around. Internet made it easier for them to get visibility and while its not something that appeal to me i can see how it work best for women.

Cinco (Cinquo?) lol. There is a lot more standards in agencies now than there was 15 years ago. Less cancellations for a start, and better overall services. And maybe if agencies can retain SPs for that long it also mean they offer them better conditions in general?

And finally... The laws and internet has made it easier than ever for the "bad apples" to scam. Maybe the SPs who lasted 3 months at best in Merb agencies 15 years ago simply find alternate ways to get money for their "money pass".

Obviously it remain all speculations but i find it very hars/unfair/uncool to say that because there is less new SPs "rolling" in agencies then the current line up is "worn out".

Good for you if you saw the 42 SPs of Euphoria...probably multiple times to a point you are bored of them. You won at life lol. I wish i could be you. But we ain't all that wealthy.

Hey
Looking at the agencies and seems like the same girls working day after day or week after week- very few newcomers.
Euphoria, Forever, luxury all have the same lineup (and nothing special out there) these girls are working 30-40 hours a week….i find that a little eh…
It can definitely look like the same core group is always around, especially if you're checking the daily schedules week after week.

For Euphoria specifically though, they’ve actually added quite a few new faces over the past year.

From the agency’s own posts on merb, they’ve highlighted 20+ different new or returning girls between July 2025 and now (July 2026).
That’s roughly 1–3 new/returning girls every few weeks on average, sometimes in small batches.
They currently have a roster of around 40 girls total.

A lot of the “same girls” you’re seeing are just the reliable core who work more hours (which is pretty common across most agencies), while new ones get added steadily and then get worked into the rotation.
Some girls also take breaks and come back, so they get re-highlighted as “NEW” when they return.
It’s not as stagnant as it might seem at first glance, they do refresh the lineup more often than it appears from just the daily schedules.

The bigger agencies like Euphoria, Forever, and Luxury all tend to have bigger rosters, so the same familiar names stick out more.

If you’re looking for something fresher, the newer girls usually show up in those “NEW XXX” threads on merb first.
What are you mainly looking for newer faces, specific type, or just less burnout vibe?

Have you met say all 40 girls from Euphoria already within a year? Once or multiple times to have a "little eh"?

No cause there’s no clients left to spend any money. Girls have a hard time making money at 100$ fssw places right now. Agencies’ main clientele is the working class/middle class, they don’t have any money to spare.
These girls are not working 5-6 days for fun, they’re just not making enough.
I don't know if it's a question of social class necessarily. It's often just a different clientele entirely. There's definitely an overlap of clients who see both indy & agency providers, and some of these clients prefer agencies because they go for volume instead of occasional encounters.

I think a lot of girls don't want to do agency work anymore because they don't feel like they are well treated, so they go work elsewhere, they become indies or they leave the industry entirely. A lot of girls prefer working for parlours too.

There are wealthy men who book only agency girls because they want to see multiple providers a month or even a week.

I have a lot of clients who are working class or middle class.. it's just that to them seeing a provider is a special occasion and a luxury. They also have different priorities when it comes to bookings.

For clients who are shy or want more connection, it's often more advantageous to see an indy. They know who they're dealing with, they speak to us directly and they want to see the same person a couple of times before moving on to "real dating" or something else entirely. The service isn't just about a bunch of acronyms. It's more personal.

I also have some clients who book me for a half hour occasionally. That's not possible with agencies, and massage parlours are uncomfortable environments for many people.

---

I'm sure I'm not the type of girl OP and other complainers about "lack of new talent" want to see at agencies LOL ;) but if the pay and the conditions were better, I would definitely consider an agency myself. I just don't see how it's realistic to offer personalized GFE service to a high volume of clients, particularly when you just keep 180$ an hour..

My other career allow me to do almost that amount for an hour of work, as a self-employed too. So I understand why girls could be less interested in joining an agency in Montreal.

I think the OP is referring to quite a few agency SPs that have been around for close to 10 years or more. They’ve worked across multiple agencies and changed names multiple times.

Some are also high volume, and although they might still offer a decent service, I definitely avoid booking these SPs.

I guess the point is that there aren’t as many new and younger SPs joining agencies these days.

We understand the point. This topic comes up every other week.
