I found "Martyrs" quite disturbing (the original French version, not the US remake). Others that stand out include "Thirst" (Korean 2009), The Vanishing (original Dutch version 1988), Hereditary (2018), The Birds (1963), Eden Lake (2008), The Ninth Configuration (1980 - just for the ending).
