Is a wet vagina all about arousal and being relaxed and comfortable or are there other factors involved? I hate to bring the subject up with my partner as I don’t want to blame or shame and I know there isn’t much that can be done but when she’s too wet, it feels loose and it’s sometimes hard for me to finish. I am circumcised and normal size but feel like I need a little more sensitivity or friction. The sex is otherwise great but this issue can sometimes get in the head and makes things difficult. Anybody else experience this? What to do???

Totally agree with exactly what you are saying. Recently, I felt that when it is too wet, it is like sliding down a water slide, no friction. No friction, no climax. Don’t get me wrong I love to get my partner excited but when it is too wet, it will be like running the Boston marathon with no finish line.
There are other factors but those are big ones. If she's wet naturally take it as a reflection of your good work or her overall arousal and desire to be with you in that moment.
Try some different positions and/or angles to maximize the friction for both of you bc she may also enjoy a more intensive rubbing (check in with her, obv). Fucking down from above in doggy, as opposed to from directly behind her, can press the tip inside up the front of her, rubbing against her g-spot (and a-spot if you're long). Bridge missionary has a similar effect. There are a bunch more.
What is too wet? When she is a true squirter which is a great sight to see btw and you know you hit the spot and did your job. The downside? You have to request a new room at your hotel.
