Yea, Lagault’s def been on the ball, he’s prob gonna get a lot of praise when all said and done. Surprisingly, Trump will prob get another 4 years

Jalimon we were a bit earlier than the US. And definitely more reactive from the start and even currently. I agree we are not months ahead.
At this point India will start hobbying before we do. Our measures were not drastic from the start

I really hope its not coming back in fall because everything that was gonna happen in the Summer is likely to be push back to fall so....

Even Legault said at some point the current situation won't be able to be repeated multiple times if there is a second or third wave...

Right now im hoping for the best and all but if this does not get resolved under timely manners (4 months max) screw it ill be done with it on my side... and im sure lots of peoples will change their speech too.

I don’t want Americans over here for a while
You guys are fucked because of trump

:yield::Cry:

We are likely to be fucked again for another 4 years by trump.

I'm hoping we can all return to normalcy before the end of the 2020, but it's scary that Singapore, facing the "second wave", has ordered a country-wide lockdown for 30 days. Hopefully, we won't need to wear a body-condom to see SP's for GFE.

Someone please explain to me a viable scenario under which things go back to "normal" without a vaccine?

Either in the world at large or in the hobbying one?

Which are the same thing, anyway ... as far as the disease is concerned.

I feel GFE could be offered less for a while, though it really shouldn't. Being GFE or not, if one person has the virus, the other will most likely still get it.

As for online, I only know one girl (whom I am kinda assisting) started doing camming because of this (she was a stripper). Shes really enjoying it but will not be replacing her dancing. Prob gunna go 50/50 on days for stripping and web cam. I personally do not like online stuff, why spend (possibly more) money on virtual. I am partaking a bit online right now, but its really only to support that one girl whom we have gotten close. Looks like it will be well over a month until the clubs are open again, but if things settle prior, I will definitely meet up in private!

As for sex, I probably will no longer be seeing anyone but my regulars/the ones whom I am close to and 110% trust one another. But sticking with regulars would applied without the pandemic anyways. the GFE aspect shouldnt affect me with my regulars. But I can definitely see how it can affect them with other clients in a couple months.

Agree, a vaccine is the only viable path back to full normalcy. Glad that Bill Gates has stepped up to fund the manufacturing of 7 promising vaccine candidates.

Barring a vaccine, the best that we can hope for is to be like Hong Kong, Taiwan & Singapore - borders mostly closed to tourism but much of the economy still functioning w/ extensive Covid-19 testing, contact tracing & temperature screening.

However as Shyman has correctly pointed out, even Singapore (the world’s gold standard for Covid-19 containment) has to occassionally shutdown for a few weeks when subsequent waves emerge.

Watch CNN’s Fareed Zakaria interview the Singapore Prime Minister. Singapore has spent the last 17 years preparing for a pandemic. It has a population of only 5+ million but estimated foreign reserves of more than US$1 Trillion!!! Despite all this plus a sizeable Bio-Technology industry, Singapore still isn’t confident there’s a quick fix for Covid-19 and believes that this will drag on for the next few years.

When it comes to Covid-19, I’m inclined to believe countries like Singapore that saw this coming years ago & really prepared instead of our US & European leaders who r All Hat No Cattle.

the gold standard is taiwan

Taiwan has indeed handled Covid-19 well but by what standards r u rating it as the gold standard?

I happen to be quite familiar w/ Taiwan, they were lucky because relations w/ China has been rocky for the past few years since the election of the pro-independence DPP so extremely limited China-bound tourism & biz traffic so not much risk of Covid-19. Singapore has extensive connections to China and is one of its largest trade partners, it basically contact-traced every Covid-19 case and even used serological testing to identify clusters.

The first thing that Taiwan did was to selfishly ban all export of medical masks and is now using it as diplomatic leverage, Singapore has always allowed the exporting of these vital medical supplies.

Singapore is choosing to shutdown for a month despite its very small number of cases because it’s having problems contact tracing some of them due to asymptomatic transmission. Taiwan is not even acknowledging this problem and probably never will because both the DPP & KMT political parties are too beholden to big business groups.

Yup, prices may actually go up if anything, no change in availability

I don’t think prices will go up. Quite the contrary. There will be tons of new talent. Students, single moms and other ladies will be looking for ways to make up for lost wages and mounting debts. There will be a flood of new independent girls.

That’s a possibility, just thinking agencies are in the hole right now. They r paying rent on incalls, Wifi/internet and other expenses and not making $$ back. They may increase rates to make up for the lost revenue and net loss

They could raise, but if customer don't have money.
The price Will drop. I remember the last recession, many agency drop the price.

Offer and demand boys, that will rule the prices. The new facts lowering demand on hobbiest side (covid, cops monitoring the boards more, reduced income of hobbyers, reduced influx of USA, Ontario and regions of Quebec johns due to limited travel and touristic activity) should mean lower demand.financial distress and stripp joint closing will mean increased offer....

My two cent is lowered prices will bring the market back gradually. As trump says, we can’t wait to get back to it.

Fucking Trudeau on the other end was the last one in to takr actions and likely the last one out. Thank Gos for provincial gvt.

Happy easter all!

These are uncharted waters “recession”wise so I’m not quite sure how the Montreal scene will look like after all of this
Are prices going to drop ? I very much doubt it because the agencies, especially the ones that have incalls they will need to recover past losses because they have a big overhead

But I do wish that they would drop a bit . Better yet rates like 180 , 160 ?? ✔️ ... ohh yea I also want my prime and youthfulness ,,, and my hair back haha

IMO all of this is Wishful thinking Gents because the prices they won’t drop ... but not to worry as we still have it good up North , so let’s remember that ;)

How will it be really depends on how long will the social distancing last.

We could very well not go back until a vaccines is out. Which then could be spring 2021 if it goes well. Or summer/fall 2021 if it does takes longer. If it stays that long things will indeed be different. Many of our regular girl will have move on to other stuff. Will the new ones be as crazy gfe? Will our great incal agency reopen?

It's indeed worrisome. But there is worst. One would be dying... That would be a bummer. Second would be a collapse of the real estate market. That could make me (and many many in same situation as me) loose so much that I would not have a budget for the hobby anymore...

I disagree. I think this prolonged lockdown will make many girls seek other employment. When this is over many will not return and I think the prices will rise big time. To the girls it will be increased risk and not worth their while unless the pay out is bigger. Plus Johns will be so horny. For many this is their only way to be intimate with women. The offer will drop but demand will be steady.

some will comeback for sure. What’s the hourly rate of working @ Home Depot vs being one of the leading escorts in MTL @ one of the leading agencies? I do think a lot will come back. I would say a bigger reason for them not to come back would be if they met someone @ Home Depot and started a relationship. This could be a goldmine for any average joe working @ Home Depot who prob wouldn’t be able to hook up with a chic outta his league, lol. Feelings develop when your packing Koehler toilet seats on the shelf with some dude for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.

I still do think prices will go up, two simple reasons, 1. Agencies will be in the hole from the months of inactivity and 2. Many MTL girls already feel they don’t get paid enough and are taken for granted

will the risk be increased? Will providers and johns be afraid? Some will, some won’t care and will be itching to get back to it if they haven’t already stopped seeing clients. Hopefully by the end of summer there’s some sort of assurance to some degree of safety for all
