Stupid question but let’s laugh a little
I used to work out a lot. Home gym and all.
I was motivated to stay in shape to see SP.
now with WFH and kids at home. I pretty much drink and eat all the time
6 pounds upwards so far. 3% of bodyweight.
Anybody else care to share?

I have gained about 10 pounds. Lack of exercise is killer. I have had 2 or 3 1 hour bike rides in the last 2weeks as weather permitted, but it's way too little. Being sedentary crushes you later in life.

None so far! I do fast walk 45 minute to an hour each day.

My eating habit are fine. What I worry about being at home so much is I drink way to much. It's so easy as everyday seems like a Friday.

Yup, seeing SPs is such a great calorie burner; literally inhaled bagels, sharwarmas & giant bowls of pho in Montreal but the Euphoria Vog XO diet ensured zero weight gain :eyebrows:

These days, it’s a constant struggle to maintain my weight even with salads & long walks. At least, my dog is happy

The other day i was telling a friend that this lockdown will cause cases of mental illness & obesity to skyrocket and that the damage may be worse than the economic damage.

Thank god i work in a job where i'm considered an 'essential' worker. So far not much has changed in my life & i haven't been forced to stay home and pile up the calories!

I can't get to the gym to weigh myself but I'm not eating right at the moment and I'm afraid to even put on my barometer jeans. Doc's right. I'm more afraid of the fallout from CV-19 than the virus itself. I took an early retirement due to the economic downturn. I was asking about the possibility but it came about a year or two too soon. Thank God my investment profile is low risk but there are no guarantees if the bottom falls out. I am hearing first hand accounts of health care workers at hospitals losing their jobs because elective surgery is not allowed and hospitals are now half empty!!! Imagine that?

I just took delivery of a Peloton which just may save my life.

i have been doing a lot of solo cycling (i actually always do my cycling by myself) since the lock down. a long bike ride while sometimes listening to music or a podcast is a great way to escape from this pandemic. the bike paths have a lot walkers now so i have been doing more cycling on the roads, which fortunately are less crowded. i have upped my mileage since the pandemic with the goal of coming out of this in better shape-- and i am planning my next bike tour to celebrate the end of the lock down. the only thing holding me back is the weather- it is in the 40s today with 20-30 mph winds! i can deal with cold weather but not when it is combined with high winds.

Like you. None so far! I walk briskly from 45 minutes to an hour every day.

My eating habits are good. But on the other hand, I only take a glass of wine to accompany my supper. It's like a kind of routine that I really like.

Good walk

Lost 9lbs! Not traveling as much, just eatin better. With no SP’s will likely be looking to get some the good old fashion way and will look to head to the pool n pitch as soon as they open.

I think I gained weight in the beginning when I was eating more , since then I’ve slowed down
As of right now honestly I don’t see much of a difference , maybe just 4,5 pounds overweight
It’s hard not to bing eat when your around people that constantly cook as a way to occupy their time and deal with boredom , even I bought a cooking book pretending to be a chef and tried some recipes
One positive is the amount of alcohol I drink now , which is considerably less

As far as exercising goes it’s hard to stay motivated after they shutdown the gyms
But discipline trumps motivation so even at home I try to follow a routine and stay a bit fit so as to be ready when I eventually go one-on-one with the fucker C19
Every other day I do a combination of push-ups and pull-ups and every two to three days I jog , but recently jogging has turned into walks because of pain in my left knee which is strange since I rarely had problems , but I guess being sedentary on a couch watching Netflix can do that to you

I think I lost some weight when I was ill for several weeks and may have regained some weight after my illness self-resolved. Not sure if I had Covid 19 -- I had some mild symptoms of what could have been the flu, Covid 19, or whatever . . . (I'll try to go get an antibody test for Covid 19 in a few weeks; IF I did have Covid 19, I most likely contracted Sars-CoV-2 at the gym or while ridding the subway.)

My motivation and energy to workout returned recently. I'll try to workout solo without equipment while watching YouTube videos. I stumble upon Naked News workout videos, and subscribed to it for one year @ 60$. [/FONT]

I was 230 April 1st and im 224.6 now.

I lost around 8 pounds total in March. Will probably loose around 6/7 in April.

I keep loosing because i walk a lot. I eat calculated calories too in general. April been a bit harsher cause i eaten more chocolate. I got some for easter including those delicious cadburry/hershey eggs but i control myself.

To think April 2019 i was 345 pounds

Its actually one of my saddest things this year. I was so eager to look my best on my comiccon pics and new pics with Elize from Amaranthe. But hopefully in 2021 it happen and i look even better. But i fear even if event happen they may not allow being close to celibrities...

I've lost 24 pounds! Being at the ICU for more than 15 hours a day and not eating properly makes you gain back your teenagers abs!!

Thanks all.

Yeah 345 - 225ish = 120 wich is what i lost.

Im in a pretty good physical form. Cardio, legs, no pain anymore .

Im not satisfy yet tough i still see "fat" i need to drop. I know ill probably will keep the "scars" of my mistakes but im hoping to be able to put some muscle on the upper buddy when gym reopen and fill up some skins. I mean right now its not too bad at all but like i said i do have more to drop so i dunno how ill look.

One thing for sure i look much better now than last year lol
