This subject comes up really often and I'm bored in Ottawa.. I think people should honestly only be reviewed for safety purposes. There's no review site for clients but if there was, I would only note if the person is clean or not, paid the full price, was respectful, non violent, trustworthy enough to stay silent about other providers private info etc.

I like getting good reviews because they bring business but ultimately I think review boards should be there only to prevent clients from getting scammed or being in danger. That's my opinion and it won't change...

because SPs (in part, of course there's more reasons) pay for the privilege of being reviewed in order to drive business. There's an economic incentive, and that's the ladies paying is the MERB business model. How are you going to monetize a bunch of client reviews? The guys certainly aren't going to pay for it because there's no real world benefit to them. I highly doubt either the ladies or the board are going to either.

When you talk about "making sense" it's not just a philosophical abstraction. It actually does need to make sense from some practical standpoint for someone to do it.

One note : indies pay to advertise here because a lot of clients don't trust other platforms anymore and they don't bring enough revenue at this point.. people who pay to advertise aren't paying for the review system, they're paying because it gives us visibility and creates trust. Plenty of providers don't advertise here and have multiple reviews.

Otherwise I think you're right and I don't think there should be a public board reviewing clients. It's just a bad idea and would create further animosity. However I do wish there was a vouching system, with no space for insults on the clients physical appearance and things like that

There was a website called "Have we met?" but it never really took off. I thought it was a good idea, the providers and the clients were reviewed equally on 8 objective criterias, and the choices were yes or no. Maybe someone will try again eventually.

Or maybe like a review based on defined criteria as you mentioned to evaluate and a limited amount of text comments?

Yes and I think really often clients believe we are evaluating them on criteria like their weight or age or "attractiveness" but actually what we would evaluate is the level of kindness, safety, hygiene and respect...

Unlike guys who are like "omg ew disgusting this provider is 1.5 pounds heavier than the photos" or "this face in provider didn't want to do something that went beyond her boundaries so I am going to say she's ugly" or "I am traumatized for life because I didn't know women had menstrual cycles and I saw a bit of blood, what a shock"

Sorry for the sarcasm. I understand it's important for clients to make sure they have a good experience. What we don't want to have is a bad experience.

That's exactly what I appreciate the most from the review part of the forum.

For the other parts of reviews, I always assume that there's a possibility of enhancement (for the good or bad). Behind closed doors, it's really YMMV and it's (highly) possible that my experience is different from the described chemistry (or absence of).

I'm fairly new with all this and so far I mostly meet amazing ladies and got a few excellent lifetime memories.

I probably avoid a few "learning situation" because of the shared experiences by merbist. And without the good reviews, my memories bowl would be emptier. Thank you for those who shared them and to the administrators that are keeping a clean ship.

I had an sp tell me she had a guy complaining about her breasts as he was in his 20s! It’s unbelievable how someone can do this!
