It's hard to constantly promote yourself and I agree that it's draining and sometimes you don't see the results of your hard work right away, but it will pay off! And even when we promot ourselves to the best we can, often and with great content, there will always be slow periods. Planning for them when it's going well is the smart thing to do.Am I doing enough to promote myself? I am enough ....
Do what's good for you. We shouldn't let ourselves be influenced by peer pressure (I was told this when I begun, I try to remember this from time to time), because we rarely have all the details about why someone charges X or Y.

Another thing I've noted recently : in the past few months a lot of men have contacted me over text and in DM's here, claiming they are interested in a booking but never giving me a date and time. While it's flattering to catch people's eye, it feels a little bit disrespectful.. Sometimes I spend entire days answering messages of various nature and a lot of the bookings I'm promised don't come to fruition. I also have clients offer extended bookings, duos, dinner dates, overnights.. and it never actually ends up happening. I'm always looking forward to these and I get disappointed..

It's been boring on the board lately. I miss some of the old timers that brought a lot of entertainment, such as Airbo, KRS, GeneralTao etc.
This whole GFE discussion is giving me the ick with the way some are talking about women
I wish there was more positivity on this forum and more constructive discussions
