Coming out for a week's adventure starting this Friday, and I've been doing my research. Lot's of the escort websites reference a girl being "Open Minded".

Maybe I'm dense, but....what does this signify?

Really it has not meaning for me when I read this. Girl doing this needs to have a open minded. It's kind of a prerequisite I think.

Being open minded means that she is liberal service wise. GFE+

May not be the prettiest but you`ll get great mileage.

But then again as Patron implied there are no guarantees.

It doesn't mean anything...most SP use it in order to describe their services (GFE+, PSE) but without having to be this liberal with each and every clients they see....so basically, it is a sexier way to say YMMV: she is advertising as GFE, but you can reach the GFE+/PSE if you two connect during the intimacy...

Yeah in most case it does mean more opened to stuff outside the basic GFE like cim/cof/greek but in some cases its used badly. There is a girl i seen advertise as "open mind" and she is now "safe gfe" so whats open minded about it?

I would say IN GENERAL it usually mean a better menu but i wouldn't use it as rocket science...
