I have been on SA for 6 years and I did get banned once (before the Covid pandemic) for offering a lady money for sexy pics, and that same lady later told me she was also banned, albeit for the different reason of commercial solicitation (she told me in our SA messages that she had hoped to get offered a job with her SD's business or at least a referral to another company within the SA's field of business, and it is against SA rules to solicit employment opportunities). For my ban, the Moderator's message was that I had violated the rule against soliciting "online only relationship", and was not specifically for money talk. The ban lasted 24 or 48 hours and before being reinstated, I was compelled to watch a short film of about 10 minutes length or so prepared by SA which discussed decorum and rules on the website. Watching the film was the only choice to be reinstated.
Since Covid started, I am almost certain that the rule against online only relationships has been either relaxed or altogether suspended or revoked, because most women even say in their profiles, "ONLINE ONLY", prominently. I think SA was forced to change their business model because of Covid and as a matter of survival notwithstanding their recent membership fee increase to $99(USD) for one month memberships.
My point to Moliere was that these kinds of transactional discussions can earn you a ban that could be avoided. That lady and I just discussed way too much before exchanging numbers.
I do understand Moliere's point that some ladies want to hear an offer before they will give out a number. My point to Moliere is just make sure that offer is for a DATE and not sex. An offer of money for sex which is seen by a Moderator will get you a ban, I suspect, before or after Covid. If you offer a lady $100 for an "NSA date", that is a different story. However, in most cases, I have gotten phone numbers by simply telling the lady in so many words that there will be an allowance if we meet NSA, and we can discuss the details of that privately. I then get the number. This is not rocket science here, guys. Once a lady hears there will be an allowance, she will give out the phone number if there is even minimal interest on her part.
By the way- regarding that lady who got banned for soliciting employment opportunities in my messages with her- I had told her in those same SA messages that this was a futile objective with most SDs, because most guys are discreet and they do not want to shit where they eat or trade on business for either dates, sex or nude pics. All of that was in our SA messages that were snooped on by the SA Moderators. She later suspected I had reported her, but I told her I was banned as well for the same exchange. We later ended up doing a nude pics arrangement, because we had successfully exchanged numbers before the bans were handed out.
