Enlarged aorta is very dangerous. After talking to you, I should start taking my blood pressure medications.

HTA is the most efficient silent killer. Don't underestimate the risks.
Indeed and ask your doctor about a medication controlling your blood pressure and allowing taking Cialis/Viagra.
ACE inhibitors do not cause ED.
An ACE inhibitor is a type of medication that lowers blood pressure and treats heart failure by preventing the body from making angiotensin II, a substance that narrows blood vessels. Common ACE inhibitors include lisinopril, enalapril, and ramipril, and they can also help protect the kidneys in people with diabetes.
Note: Angiotensine II is essential, its concentration will only be decreased... Those AI are more artificial than intelligent when trying to explain scientific subject...
I'm under ramipril and my doctor prescribed me CIALIS. All is good my BP is stable 80/120 and my sexual life is very good. Only the good effects!

He prescribed me Calcium Channel Blockers and he also prescribed me Viagra. The one I have is not known to cause ED and had some interactions with viagra but it can still be taken based on what pharmacist told me. I did ask him for ACE inhibitors but he did not want to seem to change the medication I was prescribed. I was actually concerned about other side effects, they say it can cause a heart attack in some individuals with heart failure and artery disease. I do not have that but it still runned chills down my spine. I asked the doc and pharmacist, they said by not taking it I am at risk for stroke and heart problems.

Guys, anything consistently over 120 is considered high BP nowadays. If you're out of shape, for the love of your own life please hit the gym 3 times a week. You can do 45 min each time nothing crazy, just do a circuit like they have at Econo. Two three months and you'll see such changes in your body composition. Your heart will thank you.

Go see a doctor instead of relying on social media.
Good advice , but I was also hoping for some real life advice from some one who has been there, tried that and now has a super stud rating from a satisfied SP !

Tried Cialis and it does work... When you're actually in a good shape and mood. Just taking Cialis just like that thinking it will magically get you an erection that last for hours is not gonna work. Not for me at least.

I noticed that most of my ED issue are related to just fatigue (i really prefer having sex during the day since im an early bird) and me just being too much in my head and performance anxiety.

I'd rather eat some nice fucking food, eat/sleep well & go for a run with my dog over taking this crap again. Which indeed gave me a boner in the right conditions, but also headaches. Not worth it imo.

Neither Cialis nor Viagra give a guy instant erections. They merely provide conditions optimal for sexual function. You get aroused and your dick will now work.

How much did you take that you gave you a headache?

No they don't. If I remember well it worked within 1h or less.

As for the headaches, i only took what was recommended, which I can't remember. It was about 4 years ago and it was the 1rst and last time.
