if he shares the same doctor as hiw wife, I would not discuss with that doctor either. Doctors are human, and far from perfect...too risky
Not really true. Doctors All take Hippocrates oath.to treat the ill to the best of one's ability, to preserve a patient's privacy, to teach the secrets of medicine to the next generation. unless the doctor is a charlatan he is bound to secrecy

yeah ok, ive met quite a few doctors that are really dispicable human beings (I used to work in a hospital and one of my best friends is a doctor and I hang around him and his doctor friends and hear a thousand stories).

Yes most are great and ethical, but there are always a few bad apples...thats just life. My point is I would never confide to my doctor (unless i knew him really well and trusted him with that info) that I need viagra but my wife cant know about it...thats just crazy

Man, don't just see a "Doctor", see your cardiologist. If you're taking heart medication he is the best person to talk to about how heart meds and ED meds conflict and can really mess you up. Otherwise, you're risking a heart attack with an escort - and although she may be a good person, she probably won't stick around and perform CPR on you until the paramedics arrive!

The best advice you're getting on this forum is to consult with your physician. That said, I have a couple of comments. Your MD will likely tell you ED meds (PDE5 inhibitors) are safe taken with hypertension meds. However, that's not true if taken with nitrates as that can result in severe hypotension. Try all the ED meds and recommended dosages - some work better on certain patients than others. Also ask your doctor about taking the viagra the day of your date and the day before to get it into your blood stream. Also discuss if a dosage over 100 MG might be efficacious and safe for you. Good luck.

M65 and was prescribed Viagra by my doctor back 15 years ago. In the meantime my better half lost interest in sex to the point now that we haven’t had sex in years! To quell my libido I’ve resorted to seeing escorts while traveling on business; Montreal being my favorite city. I had a heart attack 5 years ago ; don’t know if this added to my current state of health along with the pandemic but I rarely went out to do sports & exercise. So now when I take 100mcg generic Viagra, I don’t get a lasting erection & have to resort to masturbation to ejaculate. On the flipside, sometimes I don’t get a full erection & have PE! Don’t know if this is psychological. I do know I have to exercise more. I’m not overweight, but I do know the heart meds I take such as Ace Inhibitors & Beta Blockers do not help. I don’t really want to see our GP and want to be discreet. Should I try 200mcg of generic Viagra? I’ve tried Cialis & didn’t get a good erection compared to generic Viagra. I usually get flush & have a stuffy nose with Viagra which I don’t want my partner to see. Never tried Levitra. Any thoughts or recommendations?

If Montreal is a city you come often, I suggest you make an appointment with one of several private clinics we have in town and speak to a doctor. You don't need to be a Canadian citizen/permanent resident to do that. It's really easy. If you would like me to recommend one, feel free to send me a message.

Make sure it’s not expired as it won’t work! Did not know that got a new prescription and wow!

if the problem is past pills, maybe it is time to see a urologist instead of the family doctor... a dr, who specializes in penises would likely be your best option not a regular clinic or gp.

kind of the male version of a gynecologist no???

Also NOT a doctor and suggest you see one or several. Cialis (Tadalafil) is approved in the US to treat ED & for BPH, conditions too common in men >50.
If prescribed for BPH, typically 5mg/day, there’s a welcome side effect. A little extra once in while may do it for you.
This may make it easier to navigate the home issues.
In the US the generic is USD$10 for 30 5mg tablets.

Just curious about these private clinics. I assume they don't take insurance and are expensive but open to non-Canadians, correct?
You can be refund by your private insurance if they cover it.

One with your underlying health conditions should be extremely careful. Although PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, ...) can be prescribed with Ace inhibitors and Beta blockers, they might lead to blood pressure additive decreases. The dosage must be monitored by a physician. If you go to another clinic, the first thing they do (or should do) is to run you through a series of tests before changing your prescription. The best thing to do is to go to your GP. Be open with him/her. Don't play Russian Roulette with your life.

Beta blockers are known to cause ED. Best to talk to your doctor to possibly change your blood pressure medications.

Do you use a cockring in conjunction with the meds? I know some who use it because they are on blood pressure meds, without using viara, I could only assume the viagra would help the ring do it's job better if they did, takes extra work, but they manage to cum.. also have seen were even though he never got hard they came...

there is a product I have not tried, but it is supposed to help, Eroxon - it is topical, read reviews & they are mixed, some like and others neutral to unimpressed. May be it's worth a try.

I GOT A HARDON WHEN I SAW THE PRICE
Bwahaha ingredients:

Eroxon® contains ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerine, carbomer(gel thickening agent) and pH modifier.
I think the idea is the ethanol alcohol evaporates creating a warming cooling effect stimulating blood flow?
Maybe equivalent to a few drops of vodka on the member's head?

Nothing justifies the price.
Amazon review so funny:
"but it did absolutely nothing for me, other than relieve me of a hundred bucks."
