Yes, I believe you’re probably right. If I had to bet, I would say Moderna’s will be the first to reach the market. It is much easier and faster to produce than a traditional attenuated vaccine. And the scalability of it works in its favor as well.

Everyone is now suspend that Trump has stopped contributing to the World Health Organization due to mismanagement of the epidemic.

He blames the organization for not having reacted quickly enough, also that the organization has taken part for China. So I have 2 comments:

1) As everyone thinks that China has hidden the truth about the real contamination data and the deaths. So for the organization it was difficult to react quickly and to know that the crisis was also serious.

2) The killer question: Could Trump have done better? I think 100% that not. And he allows himself to blame the organization, he didn't even act when full of European countries were completely overwhelmed due to this epidemic. His country was starting to have problems and he was already contradicting Dr. Fauci's words.

If he had reacted quickly the USA would surely not count more than 26,000 dead.

i dont know much about the moderna vaccine. The one we hear about most in England is the one in the pipeline by Glaxo and sanofi.

Im not sure which vaccines you have gotten for flu in USA but most of the ones I’ve received in America and England are not attenuated but inactivated ones and quadrivalent. Glaxo and sanofi are doing something with their recombinant vaccine candidate by using technology from one of the flu vaccines. Not sure of the specifics though? Thats why I wondered if you could combine a covid-19 vaccine to a flu vaccine in one shot, still optimistic it can happen down the road if covid-19 proves to be seasonal, we will see, I guess?

i Specifically remember when Clinton was acquitted back in the day there was a SNL skit where the guy playing Clinton literally walked up to a podium with the presidential seal for the cold open, and the audience cheered for about 2 mins in applause. The actor (forget his name) who played Clinton just stood, smiled and acknowledged the cheers and then when the cheering and applause stopped finally, he tore his shirt from his suit in a Clark Kent fashion and revealed a Superman suit that was underneath to hint @ being bullet prooof/invincible. The cheering restarted. As much as I think DJT is an illiterate, I think this skit is more fitting for him. Alec Baldwin Hates trump so much he’d never do the skit to give trump the credit

Any news that come from China controlled by the CCP, along with N Korea (Dictator), Russia (Tsar Putin) to name a few never tell the

With the latest news that most of the West will go into recession but not China, and the West running to China desperately for the essential
goods and other stuff $$$$s, I think they are in a very good shape to pick up the tab and fund WHO's American portion of the funding.

Here is the WHO Director-General, who says that the virus does not discriminate between rich and poor or countries or ideologies, nor does the WHO, but he does not mention, nor make any effort to rebut, Trump's charge that the WHO simply accepted what the Chinese government told them as Gospel truth. EB I think there are many countries and yes many democrats that are also pissed at the WHO's governance over this pandemic. Your post is a statement of that yes.
