Hi everyone,

Not sure if I can ask this here, but curious to know what Merbites' opinions are on agency SPs giving phone numbers and being willing to meet out at outcalls.

Is it generally considered unethical, or is it just the standard way indies meet outside after they leave agencies? Also, now they won't have the agency protection too. Any red flag here? Appreciate all your opinions. Thanks!

I would be happy to meet her outside the agency if she wants to.

Also "ethic" wise that must be a public secret ...
It might be a way to build regulars and maybe move onto Indy.

I've alrdy exchange Phone number whit a couple SP(after a while), but never booked whitout the agency, thats the line i dont cross
Thanks, makes sense with regards to ethics. But I think it is a very thin line and I am conflicted about what to do lol. Because it might be a way to build regulars and maybe move on to Indy?

not to scared anyone, but when i was younger i was the dude knocking at the door when those things was caught red-handed.... Believe me when i say this, if an SP wanna build her circle it's totally fine, but when $$$ is stolen from an agency, it's another story

This is a new trend of escorts doing Indy and working at the agency at the same time. Clearly a way for the girl to build regulars. If she gave you her number is because she might have plans to go Indy.

if she fully books either way when she works at the agency then what money is stolen if she decides to see someone on her own on her normal day off?

things was really different back in the day thats all. You could be suprise what people could do for their piece of the pie
Thats another way of saying harder control by the criminalized world.

Agencies are suppose to work for the SP and not the other way around. The only "stolen money" that can apply here is if the agency booked the call and she don't pay the agency cut.

If she booked a call herself on the side its totally her right and there is nothing stolen. What you describe here is litterally sexual exploitation. The agency do not "own" the SP.

While i believe you totally on what you have written i don't think its a good idea to post it publicly especially in 2026 when we have a lot more awareness to the industry.

Don't get me wrong i respect agencies and im not gonna go out of my way to bypass them, but if an SP offer me her phone number and tell me she prefer to book me directly, i am gonna respect her wish as well.

Sorry, true, I created that, and my concerns were resolved :). My question is from an ethical point of view :).
Ethical?
Agencies are glorified modern day pimps.
I don’t see girls from agencies but if I did I would have no ethical bad feelings what so ever of the lady meeting outside the agency and keeping the whole amount and cutting the agency out.
You really think agencies like XO were even the slightest bit ethical towards these women.

I don't think anyone is "scared" of agency owners in the pure sense of the word. They likely just "scared" of falling out of their good graces.

I understand this. You want the best business relationship possible with agencies. Its 50/50. They see you as a good client and you can book "easily".

I never been a "huge client" myself as in never weekly or such yet i did felt at a point due to reliability, GTs, reputation etc i was considered a "vip" at agencies. But somehow i feel agencies "outgrown" me as in they became so big they didn't "need" anything from me anymore so i became just another regular client...

Could be due to change in management too in some cases but the point is like in any businesses when one part need another they will go out of their way to please them.

Right now agencies are huge in Montreal. They hold a good share of the business. So they are in power. Just logic.
