Money up front, or at the end?

I guess im a great host as the last sp took it at the end and did not even want to count it
Actually, I am always pleasantly surprised when the SP doesn't ask for payment upfront (even at a 1st visit), shows that she trusts me and feels less transactional. Now, it has happened that I almost left forgetting to pay but she gently reminded me. One time I was even down the hall when I realized I hadn't paid her (and she didn't either, lol) and returned to do so. Now that really felt like a GF experience.
I've only had an agency lady ask for it upfront once, after I told her it was the first time using the agency. Fair enough!
They never asked me up-front and I always leave it at the end on the kitchen counter just before hopping in the shower (I only do incalls).
Same for me. Upon arrival, I always put it on desk wrapped within a paper with some kind words on it.
I do that because I can forget to give it prior leaving. I just hate when SP has to remind me there is something missing…
My experience varies, but predominantly pay at the end and tip according to agreed extras.
Occasionally (maybe 5% of the time), sp asks for money up front, in which case I count it out and hand it to her directly.
The business of envelopes and passive transaction is alien to me, have done once and felt very odd to me. Refuse to do it that way now
