Corrupt police providing information about me to my neighbour ..... can anyone help ??

Hello all,

I have an issue that my neighbour with whom I have a conflict with , seems to have information about my last 3 police encounters ( nothing big ). Obviously he has a friend or someone in the police l ooking me up and giving him this information.

Any idea how to handle this ?

So they are not part of cases having a court ruling this having records potentially available in platforms like soquij or canlil?

What do you want to do?

You want to find the mole and prosecute him to divulge confidential information?

You want to prosecute your neighbor to access confidential information?

This information is not on any publicly accessible websites like soquij.

From what I know, the information would be available at any courthouse, provided you have access to the court docket (plumitif). Public websites such as SOQUIJ and CanLII only provide access to certain decisions, whereas the court dockets available at the courthouse generally contain all of them.

If it is blackmail, than you can take action against it, but you’d have to have a pretty good case already built up.

Accessing police files is against the rules and all request are logged in. If your neighbor is telling you he knows thigs about you, suggesting that he has police influence. Tell him that the person that has accessed the information is in big trouble for unauthorized access if there is no complaint lodged against you.
