It's not my place to tell anyone else how to style their hair, and that means anywhere on the body. It's normal, and in some situations it adds to the fun.
While cuddling playing with chest hair.
While DATY holding his head in place by his hair.
I've even had a biker client, I would braid and play in his beard.

I'm not icked by someone playing with my feet, I just don't have any desire or connection with them in general. Their functional, not pleasurable.
It doesn't bother me, I'm not excited by it, but I'm not opposed to them being touched either. I might find it interesting to know and see what plays in someone else's mind when it comes to feet, but I don't think my feet cute enough for someone really into feet.
Then again having them massaged felt nice.
