13 years from 7.00 am till 23.00 pm. I gave my best years to Canada. When I reached the top my father died in my hends from a very progresive brain tumor (couple of months ago). Right now I am facing the same problem - should I cry or should I take a dinner with my mother. I already lost all my tears so deffinately nothing outside family, love and friends can hurt me. I will try and explain things to you a bit because you not being from here and your English not being the same. I am Eastern European but not from a country where women are mistreated or trafficked. They are respected and cherished and parents teach their children to respect women.

Yes it is always much harder to take being hurt by family and friends that you love and that you are close to than strangers,
However that doesn’t mean that strangers cannot hurt you or make you feel like shit.
Not everybody develops a thick skin, some are much more prone to being hurt than others. We are all different.

It is hard to take the death of any family member that you love it is something that we have all gone through or eventually will, the worst day of my life was when my wife was taken from me by cancer, there were others , my first child , my mother, father, I could go on and I am sure everybody has their own tragic story.

Normally I don’t like threads that turn into man bashing and I have said this ( and it didn’t go over very well ) as I believe there are many of us that treat women with kindness and respect.

This thread however is about the realities of life and the texts that these ladies receive, some are horrible from totally disturbed people who are dangerous and deranged and some that you cannot help but wonder or laugh at how ridiculous, and stupid some men can be.
