I come from a tropical country, where the Winters are like Summer in Canada

I like Canada's balls-freezing winter. You can fight the cold with a proper winter jacket, but nothing can protect you from the heat of 35℃ temperature coupled with high humidity. In Canada, my favourite time of the year is near the end of winter, when it's still cold but the snow is rare.
If you're working in tech, you could move to Germany. European winters are relatively timid. Germany is hungry for software and mechatronics engineers, if that's your gig.
