from scratch? not really worth my time for a breakfast item. For full meal with protein, I do.

it is frigging time cunsuming for somthing you find at around 2.50 a piece.

I just don't find store bought to be anywhere as good and long lasting.

Imho they're not made to be long lasting, you eat them fresh out of the oven. With my typical french heritage, I get them at my favorite bakery early in the morning.

I live near Les copains, Toledo and Kouing-Aman, first choice is Kouing-Aman.
