Flu for me was like a week long bender, I remember very little. Fragments of memories crawling into bed, being drenched in sweat and then shivering uncontrollably despite 5 blankets and a heating pad.

Dive into something new. Get a Jazz work out (go through the Miles Davis collection -100 of hours!). Read on coffee. Learn wine cépages etc in more details…start a music instrunment (order a cheap nylon string guitar)….Some ideas that are « filling time » while learning!
