When we read a short review?

I think if someone is shilling it won’t be a short review like that.
They will elaborate much more and I don’t think the SP would be thrilled with her shill to not elaborate on anything about how fabulous she is.
A short review is either someone who is not very comfortable writing and it is their first review or someone that just wants to say he checked off one more on his list, a short ego boost.
They are not very helpful but so what after a while you get to know the SP and also posters who’s reviews you can rely on.

New member vs old member.

Indeed if it's a new member it can be a question of shilling or clumsiness.

For a former member, theoretically this should be taken into account, but nothing is 100% guaranteed.

Like I say "not enough is like too much"

I think it was last year when there was a thread about a uniform review template. That had a lot of back and forth about writing reviews and what's included in them. For the purpose of this thread, I'm all for a review template that we should all follow. That way it wouldn't be to short or to long. It will include the info many of us like to sift through on reviews so we can make a decision quickly without having to read stuff we would normally skip over. After completing the template a Merbite could add a brief synopsis at the end about the encounter and I think all would be answered. If I recall, many of the indy's didn't want a template because it wouldn't give the reader a good description of the encounter.

Although I understand the idea behind the template suggestion, my problem with it was most people were for some kind of ratings with numbers wich, I am totally against, because it really does reduce the girls to a merchandise, also it doesnt make the infos more reliable as we constantly see guys debating looks/beauty with numbers, ex. my 6s are probably 9s for someone else.

I'd rather keep relying on reviews, as stated above, with time and experience, you get to know who are the reviewers and what are their taste.

I tend to agree with you. My point was to avoid the obvious things that guys leave out, myself included. I've gotten hundreds of messages over the years asking about kissing, CIM, multiple pops, etc. If there was a small template where you can put the most asked about questions it would save a lot of time. Not about debatable things like beauty , or weight, face, etc. Just the stuff that many want to know about. It's not like you would be required to answer them, it would just make it easier. As far as reducing the girls to merchandise, I would tend to disagree with that. I don't think listing things that are typically in an ad or texted to you by the booker reduce the girls to merchandise. When I'm with an SP, I have no doubt that they are there to make money and I'm the ATM. The better the SP the less I feel like an ATM. I wouldn't disrespect them or treat them like merchandise, but I have no delusions that they are with you for anything other than cold hard cash.

I so much disagree with this thread as I don’t particularly care how long or short the review is ... what I mostly pay attention to is who’s writing it as that is enough for me ... sometimes even a like or a dislike from a particular person will also do
