What you need to know is that they are song thieves. That song was written by Bruce "The Boss" Springsteen, and their better song Mighty Quinn was written by Bob Dylan. I realize that you have a fascination with cover bands, but as far as a really good song that Manfred Mann actually wrote, let me know if you find one. Good luck. They did not write "Doo Wah Diddy" either. They are the British version of your other cover band obsession, Three Dog Night.
That's fine, but you have created one thread for original music and one thread for covers. Covers should be in the Cover thread, and original songs should be in this original music thread, to avoid any confusion going forward. The question is how do we clean it all up now. That's between you and the Mods. I am mostly focused on this thread, and the posts have mostly been pretty good, but I consider cover music to be something for the other thread.
