What are you grateful for today?

I am (sadly) grateful to be able to recognize when someone is gaslighting me, so I can detach and simply not take the comment personally. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes hours, but I get there.

I'm more and more able to do that. It's a slow process but we get there! That type of behavior is usually linked to the other person's issues and not you.

I'm grateful that my intuition is more and more accurate as well. And my understanding of why people are the way they are. Now the hard part is having compassion for people who behave in hurtful ways or who we have strong disagreements with. Compassion is really important.

Crazy, I was in Milan all week with events but up in Livigno watching Women's Moguls that day. We might have been to the same events.

I have over 500 books, a lot of them in storage. I'm very grateful to be a well educated person.. curiosity and education are precious gifts I've been given and that I try to never neglect

Agreed... But I would argue that you need a lot of introspection, different types of knowledge from different sources and people and a lot of healing in order to know your true path. One step at a time
