The fact that he spent 29 000$ is not that big a deal. What is, is that this a-hole spent money that wasn't his .

I have actually been present a couple of times when Mr. (former) Bigshot came to the club. He would have the VIP area closed (usually gave a large tip to the doorman to do so) and then have the best looking girls come and entertain him and his guests (usually 10-15 guys at a time, clients, employees...) for several hours.
