Using an eSim that uses a Hushed number

American visiting Mtl here. I'd like to use a separate number for this, one that can text both in the US and Canada.

With Airalo, canadian plans with text dont work in the US.
Alosim can give you a plan with talk/text that works in both CA/US but uses a number from an burner app called Hushed...Will bookers accept that ? or do I have to get a physical canadian Sim?

I dont want to rely on just email

Get a chatr card, their plans offer texting between both countries and it's a real number (company belongs to rogers).

(no contract so you can activate whenever you need it instead of every month)
