Exactly, I always call a lady by the name she introduces herself with. I also have a name use it.
Anyone calls me babe or hun for sure I won’t see again, for me it just means they either can’t remember your name or don’t give a shit.
Turn-offs for me, that I know others like:
-Fake breasts, lips, eyelashes
-DFK ( I like kissing, do not like tongue)
-Being called Daddy
-Submissive
-High Heels (prepared to not be agreed with on this, heels just don't do anything for me and are an active turn-off. It isn't a height thing, tall women are hot, but I just don't like the way they look on anyone.)

A lot say breast implants are a turn-off. But, is the problem really the fake breasts, or when they look extra-fake?
I admit that I don't like when they look like a huge protubérance that doesn't belong to the body, or they have an unnatural shape (Snoopy nose breast, meaning the implant is too high and doesn't naturally go down in the breast as it should), or are stuck to your clavicles (usually, they are too hard when it happens). But unless they exaggerate on the size, I would say for most, the look is usually more appealing than not.

Fake boobs and tattoos I am perfectly ok with (I like tattooed girls actually), but having a Kim Kardashian-like lips is a deal breaker for me.
I wouldn't go as far as say turn off but i don't particulary crave lingerie that is "special". I don't care for nylon socks, or "jartelle" (have no idea how to say this in english). Personally i like a normal bra and panties. Just regular matching bra and panties. But most importantly, i like to be received DRESSED if its an incall. Thats another beef i have for incall is too often she will open the door and she will already be in lingerie. Or if not, i get in the shower and when i go out she is. It does not feel natural for me to ask her to get dress only for undressing 5 min later. I guess its the nature of "chain clients" of an incall ...
