On the employment situation in USA, I just heard on RDI that in the last months under Biden administration, around 370 000 jobs were created each month.
Now under the Orange Clown administration in the last 3 months, extremely low numbers of jobs have been created. Around 35 000 jobs per month !
Did any of you entitied ingrates stop to think that creation of jobs is slowing for reasons having nothing to do with politics? Many industries are downsizing and phasing out jobs due to AI. This is going to increase no matter who is President. All of you who believe that you are entitled to have jobs created for you ought to look in a mirror, because you are all replaceable peons, whose jobs can and will be taken over by automated systems. Some of you may soon have no value. Even me. Although I use AI in my job to draft interrogatories, I am still needed to think of certain interrogatories that the AI doesn't know to ask because of facts beyond the complaint. So I still have some limited utility in supplementing AI in performing a task. By the time I retire, that limited utility may start slipping away, but that is for the next generation of entitied persons to worry about.
To also believe that any President can change this fate is to believe that you are more than specks of dust that are replaceable. And you really should start thinking with more humility. If you have a job, be happy that you still do!

Everyday is a vacation.
Now I wake up, look out the window, watch people going off to work, smile and then go back to bed.
I have around 8 years to go and will not be replaced by AI in that time. I look forward to it. My stock portfolio will hopefully continue to grow and support my mandatory inherited IRA RMDs and social security income. Which I plan to take at age 70.
There will be a day coming in the future when AI has replaced most jobs and unemployment and overpopulation will overwhelm all nations. A new virus pandemic could wipe out enough population to minimize the issue, but I doubt it.
Evidently the Orange clown doesn't agree with because he fired today the reponsible of his administration for jobs creation statistics !

It doesn't matter, you have to see through the politics to what is actually happening in the real world with jobs. It's an AI takeover! The people like you who fool themselves into believing that Presidents can be blamed or credited for creating or not creating jobs are beyond naive. All of the jobs that people used to do can and will be done by robots, computers, and AI. Back in 1968 the brilliant science fiction film 2001: A Space Odyssey forecast the AI takeover. It's not AI that's at play here although it will be someday in the future. Employers are holding back because of the impact of tariffs, inflation, and possible recession. This is largely a trump self-inflicted wound to America and the world.

I just saw that Ghislaine Maxwell has bien transfered to a minimum security detention center in Texas, following the 2 days visit in her maximum prison by Trump's former personnel layer in his New-York trial about Hush money payed To Stormy Daniel.
I think that she either decided to lie about Trump role in under age girl abuse by Epstein or "being" suicided like Epstein in her cell !

Unfortunately trump is not going anywhere unless something totally unforseen happens to him. Even if Dems regain control of the House in 2026 ( looking less likely to happen if Texas successfully gerrymanders more congressional districts ) and impeaches him, you'd never get 2/3 of the Senate to convict. Even if he were convicted, I don't see him leaving since he has his minions in charge of Justice and the military. Given more time this incompetent, stupid, corrupt autocrat will ruin the US and the world.
We do not want to convict Trump. We want it to die. For once, nature and genetics are not doing their job fast enough!
The world is changing and restructuring fast, economically, politically, socially. Trump’s antics is just one of the manifestations of changes and not the reason for them. No US president from 30-40 years ago would be permitted to do what Trump does. Impeachments and assassinations were done for much smaller things. But it will meter less and less what official policy is as some other forces may dominate the changes. Soon AI and autonomous robotic systems will make large conventional military forces and nuclear weapons obsolete. Small autonomous “insects” with AI will be hunting specific people using DNA imprints. This will force the ruling elite to become anonymous and consequently election meaningless. We may have soon AI avatars instead of real presidents and senators with policy decisions taken or “suggested” by the AI.
