I believe that the recent email thing is much to do about nothing. Even Comey admitted he didn't have a clue what was on Anthony Wiener's hard drive (since he would have needed a subpeona at the time to look at it), but leaks coming from the FBI indicated that some of the emails found on it weren't from Hillary Clinton, but they had possibly went through her server.
I also spoke to my IT guy...but a girl in my case...and EB is the closet to the truth here. But it's the worse-case scenario and from what i've gathered is that the so-called Huma Abedin emails found on the Anthony Wiener hard driver were very likely duplicates that had already been read a few months ago and likely did not contain any confidential information.
Look, even former Republican law makers and justice officials are complaining about how the FBI director handled this issue. He created a bad precedent for future FBI directors by holding a press conference last July about an ongoing investigation. He also erred in stating his personal opinion on the issue, which is a no-no for an FBI director, especially when the investigation in question was politicized by Clinton's political rivals. Many (including Republicans) were absolutely flabbergasted at his recent stunt, especially since we've now found out he disobeyed a direct order from his bosses. Two of my former employees learned the hard way that you never disobey a direct order from your superior and if so you better be ready to face the consequences. Many current and former lawmakers (including Republicans) have hinted that James Comey should step down not only for insubordination, but for other transgressions which are unbecoming of the FBI.
Now we're hearing that the FBI is also investigating Donald Trump and people associated to him for their ties to the Russians. We're also hearing that the Russians had targeted Trump as far as ten years ago and have set him up to be blackmailed if he ever becomes President. This information comes from a former spy whose expertise was Russia. We're also hearing that the FBI is now investigating how Trump illegally avoided paying taxes in the 90's. We're also hearing that Trump never paid a dime to charity in the last couple of decades and often would sneak into charity events and then sneak out as fast as he could in order to give the impression that he was among the donors. And then there's the Trump U fraud scandal, the charges he had sex with a minor, the investigation on whether or not he bribed a Florida AG in order to get her to drop her investigation into Trump U, etc. And of course, the fact dozens of women have accused him of sexual assault. I'm sure there are dozens if not hundreds more who have yet to come forward and likely will not.
Me thinks that Donald Trump may be the one actually going to jail one of these days.

Incredibility, the FBI found some 650,000 e-mails on the computer Weiner shared with his wife, with metadata on the device reportedly indicating that thousands of e-mails were sent to and from the private server Clinton used while Secretary of State. The New York post referred to this as the " DickiLeaks " motherlode, but because these e-mails were unrelated to the Weiner investigation the FBI had to get a separate warrent to access them.

The problem with the Clinton investigation was never really an investigation, they never had a grand jury impaneled and the reason they never had a grand jusy impaneled was that Loretta Lynch would not go along with that. Another poll: 6 out of 10 registered voters have an unfavorable impression of Clinton and an identical percentage see Trump negatively. One group where Clinton saw a decline drop-off in fabourability was among white men, negative ratings were at 74%.

On another note, i'm still surprised not more has been made of him once brutally raping Ivana Trump. If the shoe were on the other foot, the Republicans wouldn't hesitate to use it.
I once was one of the co-chairs of a political campaign (provincial level) and i kept telling my candidate that the only way to fight a dirty candidate is to use his own rules and fight equally dirty. He wanted to stay civil and figured the voters would side with the more civil candidate. He lost and it wasn't even close. He left politics and never came back.
If only he had listened to me.....

Don't be delusional. He won't be President. The only thing Comey's mistake did is to make the polls closer. But the large majority of voters have already made up their mind in regards to who their voting for. Many others have already voted. There aren't as many 'undecided' as the media and campaign spinners want you to believe. Anyone who hasn't already made up his or her mind in regards to who their voting for is either insane or just plain stoopid.
The recent email b.s. may actually backfire against the evil Republicans. It will likely encourage people to actually go and vote in order to make sure The Manchurian Candidate (Trump) is stopped. This may actually turn out to hurt the GOP's chances in Congress and Senate. But i'll repeat: the GOP will lose many seats in Congress but will hold onto it, at least until 2018-2020. But they'll lose the Senate.
