I believe all members of the MERB community must be on the side of Trump in this trial even if you hate him with all your guts. Trump hired Stormy as an SP for the brief vanilla sex (she has history as the high-end escort) and paid for this generously, about $10K I believe. When he became the presidential candidate, she started to advertise the encounter and in fact blackmailed Trump. This basically constitutes the breach of contract between a client and SP under which we all operate in this hobby. On top of that, she breached it again when she accepted $100K from the Enquirer to keep silent but is now testifying against Trump (and is probably paid for it again in some form). In the mafia world she would be killed like yesterday.

I don't know from what unreliable source you are getting your "information", but there's no evidence to support anything you've posted.

I am curious. Can you lay down on what I have said is not true?
There is no evidence that anything you wrote actually happened. It's all disinformation. Trump and Stormy had consensual, non-transactional sex once in 2006. She was not paid for sex and had no legal obligation to be silent. She did not blackmail trump rather tried to sell her story in 2015. Trump and David Pecker, president of AMI that owns the Enquirer, had a verbal agreement after trump announced his candidacy that Pecker would "catch and kill" negative stories about trump and did so in paying $30K to Dino the doorman and $150K to Playboy model Karen McDougal. Pecker was approached by Stormy's lawyer right before the 2016 election. Pecker declined to buy her story and testified at trial that he declined because "he was not a bank". Instead Michael Cohen, trump's lawyer and fixer, purchased the story for trump and was reimbursed twice the $130K he paid to offset city, state, and federal income taxes. The NDA Stormy signed was subsequently found to be invalid by a court which prompted trump and Cohen to agree not to enforce the NDA. Stormy is obligated, under penalty of perjury, to testify truthfully in court. She has not been paid to testify.

It is not in Trump's or Stormy interests to confirm that sex was transactional.

But this is how she described the encounter herself:
------------------------
Daniels appeared on CBS' 60 Minutes, and walked Anderson Cooper through her side of her experience with Trump, beginning with an encounter at a golf tournament in 2006 in which Daniels playfully swatted Trump on the behind with a magazine he had been holding that had his face on the cover. "From that moment on, he was a completely different person," Daniels said. "He was like, 'Wow, you — you are special. You remind me of my daughter.' You know — he was like, 'You're smart and beautiful, and a woman to be reckoned with, and I like you. I like you.' " Daniels said she had sex with Trump, despite not wanting to or being physically attracted to him, because she felt trapped once she went back to his hotel room alone. Daniels was 27 years old at the time, and Trump was 60.

ttps://www.npr.org/2018/03/25/596868354/stormy-daniels-shares-graphic-details-about-alleged-affair-with-trump

In curt she confirmed that when she came to Trump`s room he was in his pajamas. She excused herself to the bathroom and came out naked. She was the stripper from the age of 17, etc.

Does this remind you of something from your own experience? Being the veteran on this board you can not claim such a naivete by not being hypocritical.

Trump is charged with falsifying business records with the intent to cover up a violation of campaign finance laws by paying Stormy "hush money" to unlawfully influence the 2016 election. It's not about trump having sex or paying for sex, per se, and it's certainly not about me or my "experience".

You are trying to change the topic. So, you agree that Trump and Stormy most probably had transactional sex. She then was trying to blackmail him peddling the story to press thus violating unwritten rules that this business is based upon. He paid her again to keep her mouth shut. She accepted the money and signed non-disclosure agreement. Now she testifies against him in the court. The whole problem for Trump is raised from the fact that SP blackmails him and there was no completely legal way out of this situation for Trump as commercial sex transactions are nor regulated by the written law. Thus, MERB community may have some sympathy for Trump in this predicament. This was the point of my initial post.

I am not changing the topic. I am disputing your highly inaccurate, fictitious account of the topic. I don't agree, and there's no evidence to support, that they had "pay for play" sex and it's irrelevant anyway, or that she was blackmailing him. Trump was actively trying to suppress his history with women. How could she, or anyone violate rules that are non-existent? That's as ridiculous as the rest of your fantasy. The NDA she signed after receiving the "hush money" was determined to be invalid by a judge. She is required to testify truthfully at court and testified under penalty of perjury. Trump is charged with falsifying business records in covering up an illegal campaign finance violation.

OK, you play dummy, so I go again. When you see a doctor with say some STD problem, he is obliged by law to keep information confidential under very harsh penalty. No such written law for known reasons exists in commercial sex, but it would not survive if similar rule is not adhered too. There are however always risks running into criminal intent, thus most people are trying to stay anonymous in this hobby. Trump is the victim of violation of this unwritten rule. As I explained there are clear signs that Tramp-Stormy sexual encounter was transactional (if it looks like a duck..). Thus, I have sympathy for him just in this matter and found behaviour of Stormy utterly disgusting.

And I like this line from your post: “Trump was actively trying to suppress his history with women…” I bet you don’t advertise it either (except on this board ). In my book hypocrisy is a big sin. But everybody has his own moral compass.

Here you go again is right!: You can't be that obtuse. It wasn't commercial sex, there's no "unwritten rules", and it doesn't matter anyway. Trump is not a victim - although his mindless minions soak it up when he tells them so when he's just being held accountable for his misbehavior. Your sympathy is misplaced - it should be directed to the millions of Americans he has lied to and conned. Your hypocrisy accusation is outrageous and just plain dumb. I'm not running for public office. I am not paying "hush money" in violation of campaign finance laws. I am not repaying a "hush money" payment and fraudulently reporting it as a legitimate business expense. Deal with your own sins please.

Yes, it was a one shot one hour love affair not a commercial sex. Yes, it was not a blackmail but a legitimate woman right to sell the info about it as there is no written law to keep it confidential. It is a mind set in which political expediency, i.e. everything against Trump, justifies behaviour that even against your own interests. There is no farther point to argue. You are right, I should better concentrate on planning my next sin, which is by the way is a very popular topic on this board :D

Nobody have to prove something is untrue. It is the one claiming something that should provides credible evidences and not just reporting something he read on an obscure conspiracy site. If I claim stupid things as "Trump is a generous man giving a lot of money anonymously to poor people". How can any one prove it is not true?

Did anyone see him at the NRA convention yesterday when he had a 35-second long brain freeze? He just stood there on stage looking like a zombie & unable to speak? It reminded me of what happened to Mitch McConnell a few months or so ago. Considering the many occasions where some garbeled bullshit words that do not exist have been coming out of his mouth over the past year (and getting worse) there is definitely something going on cognitively inside his tiny brain. And last week when he just started yapping about Hannibal Lecter and how great he was…apparently unaware that he wasnt a real person, etc. Absolutely crazy stuff!

He still gets confused between Obama & Biden & Hillary Clinton with Nancy Pelosi. Considering that dementia & alzheimers was prevalent in his family in the past & that this guy has never exercised once in his entire life (unless you count golfing with a golf cart) and has fed himself with junk food throughout his entire life its actually astonishing that he’s still alive & hasn’t suffered a massive stroke yet or needed any type of coronary bypasses in the past! Of this guy had lived a healthier life..eating properly & exercising…he would have lived until he’s 110 years old!

Is it George Burns that once promoted junk food to live longer as it contain much conservation agents?
