If you don’t like her screening procedure, just book another one that you were comfortable with hers instead.
So far I never had bad session with indies. I take time to do my homework. Some ask deposit some ask reference some ask ID and some ask for all of the above.
Sometime my regulars would recommend me to see one of their collegues based on my preferences and they were always right!!!!
From what I see, most reputable providers in Montreal ask for a deposit.

Yeah agreed. Live and learn. I just got scammed by a SP that has an as on Tryst, has a full web site AND she is a member of this site. Based on reviews, it seems like she was a legit SP once upon a time but now she scams new clients by asking for a deposit asap and then ghosts you. Oh well, live and learn. One day she will run into the wrong guy and she will get hurt badly. Not everyone is Mr Niceguy

If that's the case you should share her information to avoid others to be scammed.

Yes, i agree with @LeDodo , why don't you post about your experience (in her review thread if she has one)?, if she doesn't have a review thread, please create the review thread with your bad experience.

I was gonna say the same thing but wanted to see how it played out. A new account vagueposting about a scam provider and insinuating physical harm will be done to them in the future is a crazy first post and there's not a lot to say about what that means for the legitimacy of the complaint.

Say what you need to about the provider, specifically, and let's see if it holds water under scrutiny. Otherwise, FOH.

I mean it's possible that it's true, but it's also possible that this is a troll who wants to discredit indies as usual and wishes them harm...

The providers I know who advertise here are terrified of getting falsely accused of something like this, or of doing something even the smallest thing in session that could lead them to have a negative reputation.

Which adds to the illegitimacy or shakiness of the complaint. If a rando can't say what they need to say directly about a provider, while hiding behind anonymity and absolution from reprisal, then I think it's mainly hot air tbh.
