They don't have Patriot air defence yet. Today Zelensky came to the USA to ask for Patriots. So I just use my logic common sense.

Meh, without nuclear warhead it is nothing. It has 1000 lb HE warhead equivalent to the general-purpose WWII US M65 bomb. Thousand of thouse were dropped on Germany by USAF. Using advance and very expensive technology to deliver these dummies is just for political reasons.
