This is so true. It doesn't matter if you're a loyal customer, the company doesn't care. They care about money and if you cancel last minute, it's easy for them to find a replacement.

"Depending on their policy, too many cancelations may result in you being banned from service"
Note the caveat "too many".
If one is too many, I can expect better customer service at my shady-ass laundromat.

Just saw the lineup for tomorrow and normal everyone is leaving? It would be great for the owner to make a statement because Forever seems to become the 80’s Los Angeles Lakers.
