I see a lot of desperate people here who expect escorts to give them blowjobs without condoms, kiss them, let them cum in their mouths, and provide all kinds of other risky services. But do you ever stop and think about how many different clients escorts may see in a single day or night, how many people they may perform oral sex on, or how much exposure they may have to bodily fluids?
Yet some of you are desperate to deep French kiss them or receive unprotected oral sex. Sexually transmitted infections and diseases are real, and it seems like some people completely ignore the risks. Escorts are there to provide a service, but that does not mean you should throw basic sexual-health precautions out the window. If you are engaging in unprotected or high-risk sexual contact, you may be exposing yourself to infections without even realizing it.
In my opinion, many escort agencies around Montreal care more about making money than they do about the health and safety of either their clients or the women working for them. Some clients get caught up in this and expect a complete “girlfriend experience” from a sex worker, which I think is unrealistic and irresponsible. If what you really want is an ongoing girlfriend-style arrangement, you would be better off finding a girlfriend or mutually agreed sugar-dating arrangement rather than expecting that level of intimacy from an escort service.
Montreal’s escort scene, in my experience, can be extremely unpleasant. Women come here to work, and people even share details about their private encounters publicly. That is disrespectful and something people should seriously think twice about.
I’m a doctor, and I’m advising all of you to avoid these kinds of risky activities. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Any informed person is free to play within their comfort zone, and this zone will vary from one person to another. Because you say you're a doctor, you can't control what others do, but you can educate them when they come to you and provide the best care available according to their habits. Pushing them away with your judgments is unhelpful, quite the opposite.
