O-M-G. I had to frame this honesty. But you have to know your pals are upset with it. It will go right up Joe.t's #&@....and correcting the poor boy's terrible math...OOOPS!
All true too. Also E Rodriguez is showing some real solid steadiness when he keeps a watch on protecting his pitches and using his full range of pitches effectively. He got killed when he tipped pitches and took one pitch or another out of his repertoire that day. The Sox also have some very promising pitching in their farm system who will get a taste of the MLB with Buchholz out temporarily.
Victorino and Gomes have been way under par. The team is said to be looking for any opportunity to move them, but their poor performances have made that impossible so far, especially in Victorino's case and his lingering injury situation.
As I've said many times I thought Cherrington should have been far more patient. The fans can handle a young struggling team that needs time to grow, but have a hard time accepting a team studded with grossly overpaid quickie pseudo solutions who have, to put it simply, played badly. Hanley Ramirez could have been a good DH replacement for Ortiz at the right time, but his attitude is very questionable and his salary is freaking ridiculous.

I can't wait for Joe the Greek's predictions come this NFL season. I have a feeling that he won't be putting too much money on the Patriots during the season.
Of course he's right all the time that's why everyone calls him "The Curse of Joe.t" and either runs away from his predictions or feels like they've died whenever Joe ruins a bet with his curse, then his pals rush in to humor the little guy. He doesn't want to know anything about the teams he just guarantees every Boston team will finish at the bottom every year. Since I've been a fan as a little kid they've finished last 3 times in 45 years (1992, 2012, 2014) making his prediction batting average 0.067. He's predicted the Patriots last every year since 2000 and gee, only 6 Super Bowls and 4 Championships. Don't get me wrong, I luv the guy. He's too bad to dislike, like a broken puppy.
Right. The Yankees have won 54.5% of their games putting them on an 88 game pace. It's a poor showing in such a weak division. The Red Sox are stuck with too many poor player contract burdens with guys who are under-performing badly, The Orioles and Ray can't find any consistency, and despite a very impressive hot streak the Jays are right in line with old habits of slow starts, big gains and eventual mediocrity. If the 1st place team can only win 88 games in that division, when it would be lucky to get a Wild Card berth in others, well, the playoffs look more for the Yankees like a team that benefited from a poor division having to face up to the big boys.
So you don't think the Sox will win the World Series this year? "I'm shocked, shocked I say". I was talking about how much they absolutely sucked in April and the only general improvement I've seen is they have been at least able to make a battle of the games since the middle of May. With Buchholz out just as he was turning in a string of phenomenal performances for about 5 to 6 weeks it now look tough to get to 3rd or 4th in the division.

It is plain as day to real baseball fans as to how much competitive balance there is this season in most every division. The ONLY reason the AL East is considered one of the weakest is because of the current bottom feeder who has been stinking up the basement all season.
And add Hockey to that list, Joe has come a long way since he started following hockey the last 2 years. The guy learns quickly and surpassed the other in no time, although it wasn't hard :lol:

"I am extremely proud to represent Boston and all of New England with my Hall of Fame career. I'm grateful to all of the teams for which I played, and especially fans, for making this amazing honor come true."
The Hall of Fame, which made the announcement Thursday, had already said last week that Randy Johnson's cap will feature the logo of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Smoltz was the only player on all of Atlanta's record-setting 14 consecutive playoff teams from 1991-04.
Craig Biggio, the other player to be inducted on July 26, did not present an issue: He spent his entire 20-year major league career with the Houston Astros.
"The Museum staff works with each inductee by suggesting an appropriate logo option, or no logo at all," Hall president Jeff Idelson said in a statement. "For those whose most compelling contributions clearly took place with one team, a logo makes sense. For those whose careers were built significantly among multiple teams, not having a team logo is equally acceptable."
Greg Maddux and Tony La Russa both entered the Hall of Fame last summer with no logos on their plaques after enjoying major success with multiple teams during their careers.
The Class of 2015 will be formally inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on July 26 in Cooperstown, N.Y.
