I'm sure a lot has been left out in the article. But only thing that illustrates is XO booked three guys to go to a room and give a woman cash. Short of LE recording the john discussing a quid-pro-quo and then handling the cash, this is not slam dunk.

My own communications with XO has always been is <her name> available at 6PM? That's it. Nothing else discussed; no services, no price mentioned.

Trafficking a minor is completely separate from my point. If they did allegedly do that, they should be prosecuted for it.

Thanks for the clarity; didn't know that. I was just expressing from XO/Forever/Sensation perspective as those were the ones I had bookings with last 3 years. Haven't booked Euphoria since 2021 and to your point back then payment at conclusion not upfront.

Upfront payment raises risk of walking into a sting (coming from a US perspective).

Xo was voted as the best agency in Montreal many years in a row and it is shocking how they operate behind closed doors. It makes me wonder if other establishment also operate in similar ways. From now on, booking with indies will hurt my wallet but at least I have peace of mind. I have a few regulars from eupjoria and forever that I will miss but it is what it is

I don’t know if you were charging them or when it was but the general age of consent is 16 in Canada so assuming they had not coerced you, paid you or been an authority figure to you that sex would have been legal.

There could have been reputational/karma/ relationship issues from getting caught with you though.

There are special rules for close in age below 16 but they are not relevant to the Merb crowd. Paid sex with minors is abhorrent and we should all collaborate for this not to happen.

I’m talking about payment at conclusion when a john shows up at an incall when the booking was arranged with just “Is <her name> available at 6?” and nothing else was discussed.

No undercover is going to give you a BJ, let you DATY and then fuck her so that she can arrest you when you pay her at the end.

Completely agree. Now it is greed. Showing up late/cancellations should have been cost of doing business. If she cancels/late multiple times, she is off the roster.

Allegedly a top agency still charges a set fee for cancelling after the schedule has been posted as well as a fee per client if she has bookings already

In the corporate world they sometimes send you home if you’re late or will deduct the missing hours from your pay but no extra fee from out of your pocket
