I live in a blue state that has strict gun safety laws and the lowest gun death rate in the U.S..Canada is as young as USA and has infinetely less mass shooting than USA. What cause that difference ? Perhaps stricter firearms law ?
I know some sport competition shooters that possessed AR-15 rifled with high capacity magazines. So in Canada, these weapons were available and mass shootings in schools and shopping centers were non-existents (except twice: at Polytechnique and Dawson College, with 14 and 1 deaths).
